The house is well located with easy access to Managua’s principal sites and easy to leave the city. The house is very clean with all the listed amenities. Victor was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We recommend this place to other visitors wanting a safe, quiet and clean house in Managua.

Jose Victor was an outstanding host. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. He was responsive, thoughtful, and made the entire stay easy and stress-free. It was hard to understand him. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly and he wanted me to stay in the properties so he could send somebody to fix it. I think if you are offering this property to a public, it should be ready for whoever booked it we don’t have time to stay home and wait for people to come and fix something other than that. The properties OK except that he lives behind and he comes and goes to check on us.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia durante mi estadía. La casa esta muy limpia y tiene todo lo que necesita. cerca hay un super 24h. José fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Cada vez que surgía algo, lo resolvía rápido y con mucha disposición. Se nota que realmente le importa el bienestar de sus huéspedes y que hace todo lo posible para que la estancia sea cómoda y agradable. En general, solo puedo sumarme a las demás buenas opiniones: fue una experiencia de cinco estrellas y sin duda recomendaría este lugar.

De lo mejor que hemos reservado lo recomiendo. Exelente lugar private todo centrico .Don Jose siempre atento..limpieza..tranquilidad...ameno..volveremos en un mes sin lugar a duda..gracias por dejarnos quedarnos en su hermosa casa

La verdad es que la casa es perfecta para privacidad, muy limpia, y tenía todo lo que se muestra en el anuncio, lo que más me gustó es que el personalmente te recibe y te explica lo de la casa, y sobretodo que si necesitas algo el está muy atento y llega muy rápido a ver lo que necesitas, definitivamente no lo pensaría 2 veces para ir vacacionar otra vez ahí, porque sí, me sentí como en mi propia casa 🤩
