A very nice and cozy villa. We were very pleased and enjoyed the space. It's practical because it has everything you need and spaces on the terrace to relax by the pool. The nearest beach is about 5 minutes away by car. Victor was always very friendly and helpful in answering all questions. I would highly recommend it.

Our stay at Balcones de Tangolunda was excellent! The house is in the perfect place to enjoy the views of the bay, with decor that shows a love for the crafts and culture of our country. Each room has its own walk-in closet and bathroom, as well as air conditioning and mosquito nets. I chose this house specifically because each room has an ocean view and a small, super cozy balcony. Best of all was the pool, since from there there is an incredible ocean view! Two of the three rooms were in perfect condition, but one had some issues that the host addressed immediately. There was also a small issue with the drain in the sink and a washbasin, which was resolved very quickly and well. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook without necessarily having to go out. The residential area is very quiet and beautiful. Victorh was always super attentive and responded very quickly. We loved it!

Everything was very nice, an excellent place, very warm. The only bad thing is the bugs in the area. Other than that, everything was fine.

An excellent place to relax and rest. The managers were very friendly and helpful upon arrival and during the stay. Very clean and tidy, as described. I highly recommend it.

The house is in good condition, with everything you need for cooking, easy access, spacious rooms, and everything works. We had a pleasant stay, felt right at home. Thank you. Highly recommended.

I thought it was in a very good location, beautiful decorative details, super quiet and safe to be with the family, 100% worth it and the host was attentive to the arrival and departure. Everything is exactly as it is in the photos.

The property is more than beautiful, the photos don't do it justice. Everything was very clean and tidy and the design of the house was very colorful. The host was always attentive and very friendly. I will definitely be back!

Our stay was very nice, only the climb to the house is a little tiring and complicated by the spiral stairs. If you are older adults it will be a little difficult, but there is a back entrance that Victor can surely help you enter that way if the case requires it. Very helpful at all times and always responded quickly.

Great our stay, and of course great host. Victor Hugo hold our luggage cause we arrived very early our first day. House has nice infinity pool and great views to tangolunda beach. Each room had their private restroom and privacy. It shared a pool also so that was a plus. Definitely looking forward to coming back to this place. The house is very nice, we liked everything very much, in addition to the incredible view, you really rest. The area is extremely quiet to get away from the hustle and bustle. The pool gives the house a plus. Apart from the subdivision's pool, the house has everything you need and more. I loved the hammocks on the balconies, the air conditioning throughout the house works great for the tremendous heat of Huatulco. It is important to stock up on a small basic supermarket since it is literally so quiet that you can't find a store nearby... And I definitely recommend visiting Hugo's house, it is well worth it 10/10 It is worth mentioning that Hugo's mother, who was the one who received us, is a very nice person and very helpful at all times. Thank you for staying at your home!!

I loved the house, everything was super cute and just like the description and photos, the host Victor always present and attending. I only had one topic with the one bathroom heater and it was attended to.
