We loved our stay at Casa Cibeles. It was walking distance to so many of the restaurants we planned to visit and just an uber away from all of the attractions we wanted to see. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Our whole family slept so well the entire trip. The building itself with the 24/7 doorman felt very secure. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to make quick breakfasts in the morning. The balcony is really nice. The cleaning staff was excellent. Very friendly and did such a good job each day. The only thing I’d say is that the laundry is in the parking garage and there are just two machines for the whole building, so I had to wait until some other guests finished theirs. The machines worked well and it wasn’t a huge problem for us. We were able to do laundry once during our week. But, if you need to do laundry more regularly, it might be difficult. Other than that though, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend

The apartment was centrally located in Roma Norte while on a busy road you can not hear any noise inside the apartment unless windows are open. The staff are wonderful. There is a great cappuccino spot around the corner on Camino which opens at 8am. The beds are very firm which is common in Mexico. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples. The living room is smaller than it appears in the photos but it didn’t bother us. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment as there’s so much to do in Mexico City.

the air bnb was in a great location with easy walking access to restaurants and cafes. There was 24/7 security, and whenever we needed anything, the staff was easy to reach and very helpful. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean, and we especially loved the balcony that extended across the entire apartment.

Casa Cibeles was in an extremely convenient location. We were able to walk almost everywhere. I loved the rooftop overlooking the city. It was very peaceful and serene. The balcony was nice as well. Thank you

Amazing AirBnB, looked exactly like the pictures. It’s in a great location so it is easy to walk anywhere, the staff was very friendly and always helpful! It can get hot but the AC was super nice. Would definitely recommend, and will stay again next time I come to CDMX

Perfect location in Roma Norte for our group of 6- walkable to nearly everywhere and beautifully maintained by housekeeping. Friendly front desk/ doorman and gorgeous rooftop access put this Airbnb/hotel over the top!

Great place in a fantastic location close to all the nice restaurants. Cleaning service was included everyday similar to a hotel experience. Rooms were large and spacious and very clean. Would stay here again next time in CDMX!

This is a great place in a fantastic neighborhood. The building staff is wonderful and friendly. Very walkable neighborhood overflowing with restaurants. Everything you need is close including market, bank and pharmacy. Super safe area and beautiful. The place itself was new and clean and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, no question!

Overall had a great stay and enjoyed the Airbnb! It is a very nice place with 24/7 front desk and the front desk was very responsive and helpful! Main issue we had was with a/c. There is an a/c unit in the kitchen and two of the bedrooms, but not the third bedroom - so the third bedroom can get quite hot. Front desk was kind enough to provide us with two fans so we could direct air into the third bedroom, which helped but didn’t fully solve the problem and also meant one person in our group had to sleep with their door open.

Great place to stay. Staff was very helpful. The rooftop has a nice relaxing view. Very walkable area or also can jump on a bike as well. Located close to many places.

Suuuupeer recommended! Truly a beautiful place to stay, everything clean and spacious. The apartment enters a lot of light and is warm but there is air conditioning. It was perfect for rest, I have two babies and despite being a nightlife area we did not suffer or wake anyone up because of the noise. I have to emphasize the service, attention and friendliness of the staff, really excellent.

Great location and beautiful unit. The one thing that I didn’t like is that the front desk will ask you for a card to put on hold for a security deposit upon check in. I feel like any transactions should happen within the app so I declined and there was no issue, but it just felt strange to be asked that. Otherwise a great stay.

The condo was wonderful! It looked just like the photos. The staff was super response and friendly with any communication. Roma Norte is a beautiful neighborhood, and the place is in a great spot. Definitely recommend!
