Mike is the most responsive host we have ever had on Airbnb. He was proactive and highly flexible about holding our luggage. He also offered great advice. We will definitely be back. Great stay and good location!

We felt right at home at Mikes place. The location is a corner away from idilic streets of Roma Northe lined up with restaurants. The place was wonderful and thought out with comfort and fun in mind. The hosts went above and beyond in ensuring we had all the information we needed. I would say this is a gem and we are glad we found it.

This place is a gem in Mexico City! It is beautiful, exceptionally spacious, and has plenty of amenities to keep a family comfortable. The location is unbeatable with endless walkable options nearby. Best of all, Nico is a phenomenal host. He saved our trip by accommodating our last-minute stay and was incredibly warm and helpful throughout. Thank you, Nico!

Great location and clean place

This was our first time visiting CDMX, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location was incredible — the apartment was so close to the park, where I was able to run every day, and it felt safe, comfortable, and easy to navigate. We were also surrounded by some of the best restaurants, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was absolutely worth every penny. Mike and Nick were very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, and we truly didn’t have any issues with the spot. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back.

Was an absolute pleasure staying at this Airbnb. The hosts were responsive and informative, especially Nico! The apartment itself was secure, clean and had everything you would need during a stay. It was right in the middle of the city with lots of walkable things to do and restaurants to eat at. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay at La Condesa!

I travel a lot and this was by far the best place I have stayed at. The host was amazing and I felt right at home. Can’t wait to come back and stay here. Definitely the place to stay.

Excellent home base for our trip. We had actually booked another place but were so unhappy with it that we cancelled and booked here. As soon as we walked in we knew we were in a whole different caliber of Airbnb; beautiful welcome gift and note, fresh linens, a very functional kitchen. The place was great for flexibility with easy access to yummy coffee/restaurants/sweets/drinks for going out or cooking our own meals and staying in for a movie/game night. Great water pressure, comfy mattresses, friendly building security. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back.

Overall great family stay. Awesome location near parks, bordering Roma and Condessa so tons of restaurants and cafés. Apt was very clean, everything was as advertised, not noisy, and building amenities were great. Plus security was super friendly. Lastly, Mike was incredibly responsive and helpful when it came to apt questions, local to-do’s, and really anything that came to mind for myself or my fam members.

Me and 3 friends had a great stay! The location was very convenient, the place was clean and well set up, hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the building was secure with 24 hour security on site. Would definitely recommend.

It's rare that I feel compelled to leave a narrative review, but I can't say enough great things about Mike, Nico, and this apartment and building. It was safe and felt like a little oasis in the best area to stay in CDMX. The view from the roof-top pool at Sunset is not to be missed.I had a couple of small issues for which I needed to trouble the hosts, and they could not have been more gracious, kind, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond. Don't think twice – book this Airbnb for your CDMX trip!

Everything about this stay was 5 stars. The location is excellent, Mike and Nico were both incredibly helpful and accommodating, the home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The terraces are such a joy to come back home to and relax in after a day out. Mike definitely helps you feel at home and very comfortable. Also the bed sheets are so soft! The only possible complaint we could think of is that we wish there were more power outlets inside 😂

Mike was wonderful throughout our booking process, answering questions and accommodating our needs. The apartment is spacious and well appointed (lots of pillows!) and the pool on the roof is FANTASTIC after a day of sight-seeing. Mike made us feel welcome, as though this was our home away from home (and even left some treats upon our arrival). Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Awesome place to crash in cdmx, great location and the two private patios were wonderful for our small group to relax and play ping pong.

We stayed here as a family of four and it was a really comfortable and beautiful home! The home was clean and well prepared for our visit. We had no issues upon arrival. The layout worked well for our group, and having both an indoor and outdoor space made it easy for us to relax, especially after a day of exploring the city. The common areas, gym and pool were such a great bonus!! The location was one of our favorite parts about our stay. We loved being so close to many cafes, restaurants, and shops. It was very easy to get around and the neighborhood was super walkable. It was convenient for our short family trip! Communication with the hosts was excellent, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Overall, a great option for families visiting Mexico City! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!!

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike and Nicolas’s Airbnb. The home was even more spacious and beautiful than the photos suggested, and the outdoor area was a total highlight. The location was perfect for exploring on foot, with all the best neighborhoods within walking distance. From the moment we arrived, Mike and Nicolas made us feel incredibly welcome. They even left us a handwritten note and some local snacks from a nearby shop, which was such a thoughtful touch. While we had one small hiccup with the washing machine being out of order, it was not an issue because they immediately stepped in with a same-day laundry service solution. Honestly, they were the most responsive + communicative hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb, checking in at the beginning, midway, and towards the end of our stay to make sure everything was perfect. We felt truly taken care of and would wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting CDMX. It was a fantastic experience!

The owners were so quick to communicate! I absolutely loved Mexico City and their recommendations made the trip all that more memorable! Best food of my life! We had a big group and the accommodation was perfect for us! Super comfortable- and THAT POOL? Insane! We spent most of our evening up there admiring the city before dancing the night away! Condesa was beautiful and the perfect mix of culture, food, history, and dancing! Really close to the museum, castle, and trendy foodie spots! Super walkable! After a long night out we used the steam room in the morning before walking to get our coffee and it was such an added bonus! Could not recommend this stay more! I cannot wait to be back!!

I had the best time staying at this apartment in Condesa! The terraces felt like little private gardens in the middle of the city and quickly became my favorite place to start the day with coffee before heading out to explore. Every morning I walked to a new café or park nearby, and every evening I came back to relax by the rooftop pool or squeeze in a quick workout at the gym. One night I even hung out in the sky lounge, which has billiards, bar seating, and the best views of the city at sunset. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed, with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location couldn’t be better for wandering around Condesa, discovering restaurants, and soaking in the neighborhood’s energy. I can’t wait to come back!

Really loved this place. The apartment was bright, clean, and felt like home right away. We spent mornings on the terrace, afternoons by the rooftop pool and in the gym, and evenings exploring Condesa’s cafés and taco spots nearby. Mike, the host, was super responsive and shared great recommendations for where to eat and hang out around the city. Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout and we’d definitely stay again next time we’re in Mexico City (and probably eat just as many tacos)!

Fantastic friends getaway! It would be great for families too. I really liked spending time at the little cafes and restaurants, it is a really neat neighborhood (Condesa). The hosts were really responsive - we didn’t have any issues come up during our stay but they were really fast to answer the couple questions we did have.

I would give this apartment 10 stars if I could! The host had great communication- he replied to my questions quickly and thoroughly. The helpful and prompt responses made our travel smooth and stress-free. I was so impressed how great this apartment was for a family. There was lots of outdoor terrace space for the kids to play in, which felt like an oasis from the city after a long day of adventures! The apartment was clean (important to this traveling mom) and had activities for the kids which is always a bonus. The pool was AMAZING. I can’t wait to come back with my kids (or for a girls’ trip!). I’d actually plan to spend more time at the pool next time now that I know it’s here! I was beyond pleased with the location of the apartment - Condesa is so so lovely. We could walk to amazing cafes and restaurants and we loved the neighborhood vibe. This is my favorite location I’ve found to stay in CDMX so far - I’m already dreaming about a return trip. Highly recommend.
