If it weren't for the oceanfront location, you'd be paying the price of a luxury property in poor condition. The photos show something that doesn't reflect the actual condition of the house; it needs A LOT of maintenance. There are wooden tables in terrible condition all over the property, and the paintwork and general maintenance are almost nonexistent. I'm giving it 3 stars only for the location and for allowing me to check in early, just for that. The price is too high for what you get in return!
