We had a great time at Casa Tres Chiles. Beautiful view, great location. Comfortable house for a family or small group of friends. The everything isla team was very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions or issues we had.

This location is interesting. Beautiful ocean views and lovely pool. A few things need to be refreshed. The outdoor propane table had no gas and there was a mess at the grill. The house is wonderful except if they can fix the penthouse neighbor door close noise. It sounds like a slam every time they came out or went in and there’s no privacy to the kitchen and living room while they come in and out. But the 3 BR and baths are lovely. The house is really well stocked and Everything Isla has a gem of a person named Kate who is lovely and helped answer several questions I directed to her despite it not being her role. Please note the local neighbors are super nice and the surrounding location is great (exception to note there is no beach) and food options are wonderful, from high end to street tacos a few blocks away. It’s a little pricey but it’s also really nice so it’s a real review for folks who wanna know.
