Excellent property and outstanding staff

Perfect service during the stay, very nice property, exactly as advertised.

I live in michigan and went to Villa Tiburon for my wifes 40th birthday party with 4 other families (all with small kids). This place was perfect for us. I liked that it was secluded because we didnt plan on going anywhere. Theres water on one side and trees/jungle on the other. The chef was a legit chef. All of the food he prepared felt like something you would be having at a high end restaraunt/hotel. I have stayed at numerous all inclusive resorts and this food was several levels above it in terms of ingredient quality and tastiness. Several of the families commented on this. Staff was also great about being nondescript. I wasnt sure how it was gonna work having staff be in the house with us from 9a-9p. There will be the chef, housekeeper, and possibly an assistant to the chef depending on size of your party. They stay in the kitchen area the entire time and are always available to you. Ridiculously nice. Great people. Had a blast here.

This property is absolutely stunning, but what truly elevates it to a luxury experience is the incredible on-site staff. Chef Ed exceeded every expectation—accommodating every request and providing fresh juices, smoothies, drinks, and fruit at every meal with amazing variety. We were aware from prior reviews of the road access, generator power, and some natural seagrass on the beach, all of which were handled well by the staff and never detracted from our stay. This was our son’s senior trip, and aside from one fishing excursion (seamlessly arranged for us), we never felt the need to leave. The team’s help with transportation and activities was top-notch. The seclusion, service, and setting made this one of the most relaxing and memorable family trips we’ve ever had.

Our group loved this property. Chef Ed and staff truly make this a special stress-free getaway. Food was amazing and property was incredible! Our team will likely be back.

We stayed at Villa Tiburon for my bachelorette, and it was an amazing experience!! The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable for a large group (we had 13). They made it incredibly easy to plan our trip - meal planning, making reservations, booking transportation, and giving us options for things to do. The chef, Ed, is amazing! All the food we had was so fresh and delicious. It truly felt like we were at a private resort during our time there. 10/10 I would not hesitate to come back!!

Beautiful villa (far away, as in literally far away from civilization) with fantastic hosts and support staff; great place to unwind with friends. The service is even better than the house/amenities, and rivals any 5 star hotel; the food prepared by the in-house chef is worth the trip to this property alone. Only downside: the road to the villa is in very bad shape and in desperate need of renewal. Will certainly rebook again next year.

Great house, request the private chef as an add on

Villa Tiburón was fantastic! The villa is beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff are so kind and helpful. They made the stay easy for our group of 10, providing everything we could possibly need or want. The road to get to the villa is 20 minutes of bumpy trailblazing, but the oasis at the end is worth the trek. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

The area is hard to reach but it’s an amazing place to be. Highly recommend it. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Great spot for large groups

We were amazed by Villa Tiburón. The stay really exceeded all our expectations, from start to finish. The Villa includes a transfer service from Cancun International Airport. Our driver Rafa was waiting for us at the exit of the terminal to bring us to the Villa. We were surprised by the quality of the facilities, everything is new and luxurious. The bedrooms are big and spacious. The sea view is beautiful. The pool is very well maintained and very large. The deck is really great. The cherry on the cake was the head of the villa, Edher. He cooked us delicious breakfasts and local food. We will undoubtedly return to Villa Tiburón for our next stay in Mexico.

What a stunning view as soon as you walk in! We had an amazing time staying at Villa Tiburon! The staff and the personal chef really made the stay that much more special by catering to our every need. It’ felt being in an all inclusive wellness resort surrounded by a beautiful landscape! The host organized for us a personal yoga session in the morning and a couples massage in the afternoon outside on the terrace with beautiful ocean views! Exactly what we needed! If you’re looking to relax, unwind and reset yourself then look no further! I would definitely stay there again! Thank you Jorie for our beautiful stay!

From the Chicago, Dallas and Houston girls, We had a fantastic time. The weather did not cooperate much with us but we made the best of it playing games (which they supplied) and just chilling. The team of Liz and Rocky (cleaning and maintenance were on staff and answered questions and took care of every little thing that we needed. The CHEF, Eder, wow, talk about five star. He did an amazing job of cooking our meals for us. Would highly recommend him. Jolie and Carlos were extremely helpful for anything that we needed. They arrange the transportation and made it easy for us to get there. It is remote and the entrance to the place is a bit scary, but we did have alot of rain which might have made it worse. We all agreed that we would come back and enjoy this place with hopefully more sunshine which would have made this stay over the top. Beautiful place and not sure the pictures do it justice far more beautiful. Thank you again and hope to see you next year!

Villa Tiburón is a beautiful house that met our expectations in terms of comfort and service. The staff, including the chef and his team, were outstanding . However, there are a few important details that future travelers should be aware of. The property is located in a remote area, requiring a 1-2 kilometer drive on a sand road through mangroves, which is not suitable for all vehicles. Additionally, the house operates on a diesel generator that runs 24/7, which can be noisy, and water is supplied through a tank that occasionally makes loud sounds when refilling, particularly affecting the first-floor rooms. The beach was the biggest disappointment. During our stay, the water was murky and filled with sea debris, making it impossible to enjoy. This wasn’t a sargassum. It’s worth mentioning this upfront so guests have realistic expectations. Villa Tiburón is a great property, but clearer communication about these details would greatly enhance the experience for future travelers.

We had an amazing time, the Villa it’s stunning brand new! We were surprised by the views and the feeling of peace at the place! Gladly would comeback and recommend the Villa. Amazing staff!

We had an amazing time at Villa Tiburón! It's tucked away on a quiet beach, making it the perfect spot if you’re looking for privacy and relaxation. The road getting there is a bit rough toward the end, but trust me, it’s so worth it once you arrive. The place is gorgeous! The chef service was a real treat — we got to customize the menu, and everything we had was delicious. We especially loved the second pool by the Presidential Suite, and the king-sized beds were super comfy. Highly recommend this place!
