A perfect place to rest and disconnect

Nice space, with a responsive host who gives very clear instructions. Although it looks a bit more spacious in the photos, it perfectly meets the needs for a comfortable stay.

House with complete privacy within a condominium. This is the last house and it does have a view of part of the lake (not the main area or the pier). We enjoyed it a lot as a family. The heated pool is worth it. It has all the amenities described. The only thing it doesn't have is water. You have to buy it, and it's suggested that you bring it beforehand so you don't get thirsty. The shampoo and soap are not different. They are liquid, in case you prefer to bring them. Comfortable living room, comfortable bedrooms, enough towels, sun loungers a little worn out and not so comfortable. Good service. We had a problem, but in the end we received service, and they even allowed us to leave later. That made up for everything and was a great plus.

A very nice house with a beautiful view of the lake. It is clean and tidy, and has everything you need. The pool is clean, and with the heater, the temperature was great for staying outside even at night.

The house is very nice, and the facilities are very well maintained and clean. Access is easy, and the area feels very safe. Mr. Alan was always attentive! I recommend renting the heating system for the pool; it was warm throughout my stay and at a pleasant temperature. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. All rooms have their own bathroom, which is very convenient for large families.

The property delivers on everything promised; it's even better than what you see in the photos. The rooms are spacious, each with its own bathroom, and the shower is perfect. Its large, well-heated, functional pool, plenty of sun loungers, and fenced gardens for the safety of children and pets. Furniture in excellent condition, comfortable beds and comforters. Very well equipped kitchen . The area is truly very quiet, with no car noise whatsoever, and above all, it is safe, as it is a private area on the lakeshore. Excellent view and also direct access to the lake. Alan, the owner, was super attentive, and Ms. Mary was very kind in giving us directions.

Mr. Alan's service was excellent, always attentive and in the best of spirits. The food prepared by Ms. Mary was very tasty and clean. Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay in a beautiful, peaceful house with a great view and access to the lake. Everything in the house is useful and functional. Alan is a great host; he welcomes you with fresh fruit, which is a wonderful touch. When you pay for the heater, the pool temperature is wonderful, and I recommend purchasing the load of firewood for the fireplace for use at night. Ideal for groups; we went as 3 families and were very comfortably accommodated in the 4 bedrooms.

It's a beauty

Alan provides excellent service. He leaves clear instructions on how everything works in the house, and he is always available to answer any questions you may have and responds super fast. We booked the additional service to help us with the kitchen, and Ms. Mary’s service is excellent. The food is amazing; she makes a chilaquiles sauce that is a 10 out of 10. Perhaps the photos give the impression that the spaces in the house are more spacious, but it is very comfortable and has everything you need. The mattresses on the beds are 10/10; we would definitely stay at this place again.

Excellent house overlooking the lake shore. It is a very quiet residential development. Alan's house is beautiful, quiet and well equipped for a stay without having to leave. He has rented many houses in Valle and this is one of the best in proportion to everything you are looking for. Highly recommended.

The stay at Alan's house was quite good, the house is very nice with good spaces next to the dam with lots of green areas for recreational activities, the pool is always at a good temperature. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful home, very spacious with great pool and amazing lake views. The only downside is the surrounding on the way to the property. A lot of run down places, garbage. But once behind the gate all looks great. Very peaceful and relaxing. Recommend getting groceries as not very close to restaurants or stores.

It's a very nice place to rest where you'd like to spend more than one night.

Excellent accommodation and we will definitely repeat in the future. Everything is super clean, Alan and Mr. Victor are always attentive and friendly. The pool, although not very large, is impeccable and delightful, and can be enjoyed even in rainy weather. Very comfortable beds and it's a super plus that all have a full private bathroom. Our stay at Alan's house was very pleasant; the house is in perfect condition and has basic supplies such as water, salt, sugar, etc. which we greatly appreciated. Alan's service was excellent and he responded very quickly. The pool was clean and warm. We hired the cleaning and food service and it was great. The only thing is that we had bad luck with the weather, which forced us to be inside the house most of the time, and the house is a little smaller than I imagined

Excellent, the house is better than the photos. Ideal if you're looking for tranquility and space. Host is very nice and accessible. The house is in San Gaspar, you have great restaurants 20 minutes away, it is ideal to be at home, make a barbecue and enjoy the garden. The view is very nice!

I spent Christmas with my family at Alan's house and it was amazing From the beginning, he was very attentive to all my questions and specifications requested When we arrived there was a demonstration at the last toll booth, but they immediately gave us directions to take another route and we had no problem getting there quickly The house is very nice, cozy, the heated pool is perfect, the temperature was ideal at any time of the day, incredible green areas, he accepted our dogs and they also had a great time, each room has its own bathroom and that is also quite comfortable, the house felt private and perfect to rest The location is very good, the supermarket is about 10 minutes away and the center is 15 minutes away Highly recommended!
