Our stay was just great. The house is amazing, very nice, comfortable and perfect for enjoying and resting, but what definitely made our experience even more special was the service. Ana and Ángel were exceptional with us. They were always super attentive, friendly and made sure that we had absolutely everything we needed. They made us feel very well taken care of throughout the stay and really made a difference. Thank you both! Ilya was also an amazing host, always very responsive, friendly, and with excellent communication from start to finish. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. It's one of those places you can recommend with confidence. 10/10 for everything, service and hospitality. Thank you so much for everything!

The house is beautiful and the terrace is divine! The unparalleled service from both the host and the service people. The check-in is a bit tricky, but they send you very clear directions! I would definitely go back!

The view is amazing and the surroundings allow you to completely disconnect. Ilya was attentive to our stay every day, with attention to detail and giving incredible recommendations on places to visit and activities to do. Also, the service team is always attentive and provides assistance every day for cleaning and service. We will definitely return soon.

Do you like this review? Casa Maja is a real hidden gem in Valle de Bravo. Honestly, it completely exceeded our expectations, as the photos simply don't do justice to how beautiful the property is. The house is impeccable, smells delicious, and you can see the care and attention they've put into every detail. Each space is very well thought out, functional, and at the same time has a lot of charm. Without a doubt, another big plus was the service provided by Ana and José. From our arrival, they were always attentive to us, helping us with any questions or situations that arose and making us feel very welcome throughout the stay. We spent a few amazing days and have absolutely no complaints. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special experience in Valle de Bravo.

We spent some amazing days at this house. From the moment we arrived, we were surprised by how beautiful it is: the spaces are spacious, very well designed and with a spectacular view of the forest that makes you feel completely disconnected from the city. The house is impeccable, very well equipped and designed for group enjoyment. We spent much of our time together in the kitchen, dining room and terrace, which became the heart of the experience. We cooked, grilled meat, had breakfast while watching nature, and really enjoyed every corner. The rooms are very comfortable and the views from the balconies are wonderful, especially when there is fog or rain. It's one of those places where you can really relax and connect with nature without sacrificing comfort. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends looking for a special experience in Valle de Bravo.

An amazing house. The service was very good, and everything was very clean. I highly recommend it! What was not so good was that they charged for cleaning because there were more than 6 people (the house is for 12), and this payment is mandatory even if we asked that it not be done. This charge included the day we arrived and the day we left. Also, the cost of turning on the Jacuzzi is $1,000 pesos per day. Everything else was excellent!
