This place was awesome and in a fantastic location. The host and the building staff were all extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Judith’s penthouse was everything we imagined and more! Situated on the most beautiful tree lined street in PDC, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We spent so much time on the balcony, meditating on the roof, dipping in the private dunk pool at sunset. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. We’ll be back next time we’re in town!

I look forward to returning on my next stay! as it was such a pleasure to stay here. Spacious, clean, comfortable, with a lovely rooftop to enjoy. It was an oasis just a few steps away from the hustle n bustle, with comfortable beds - exactly the sort of peaceful home to return to for me on my trip. Thanks Judith!

The unit is exactly as described. It was very well taken care of and very clean. It exceeded our expectations and we would love to be able to stay here again. It is located in a great spot. It is a block away from a nice grocery store as well as a block away from nice restaurants and the Main Street where all the excitement is at. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. We have stayed at other Airbnb’s that have felt like hotel rooms but this penthouse makes you feel at home.

Judith's place is beautiful - the photos don't do it justice. I especially loved doing yoga on the rooftop terrace. The location is great with lots of amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend!

Location couldn’t be better! Rooftop is amazing! Can’t beat a morning yoga session on the roof, and cocktails in the evening with some nice music.

Really loved our stay at this place - well located next to Quinta Avenida and super short walk to the beach (public) but still a quiet corner in the complex. The rooftop terrace is massive and we spent a lot of time there watching sunsets. Place was clean, check in process was super painless and detailed - would come back here for sure - we could not have been happier.

This is a lovely place at a great location in Playa del Carmen. Communication is smooth both with Judy and Juan. The rooftop is very nice for relaxing and having some drinks. I would definitely stay here again if I need to be in Playa.

Stayed at Judy’s place for a girls trip and everything was even better than we imagined. The space is huge and has everything you could need, they even had beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards to use. Inside the house was immaculately clean. The rooftop terrace was an actual dream, 3 days was definitely not long enough to get to enjoy the space to its full potential! We would 100% stay here again..for a much longer time! Also, the penthouse was just a couple blocks from the beach which was a super easy walk. Judy also had plenty of recommendations of things to do and places to eat which was very helpful!

Judy’s place might be the nicest apartment in playa!! We stayed a total of three nights but wish it could have been much longer. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and everything is in perfect condition. The private rooftop is incredible. Perfect for spending a romantic evening watching the sunset. The pool area is immaculate as well. The location itself is right where you want to be. Only a five minute walk from the beach and two minutes from 5th Ave. We were happily surprised almost everywhere we had decided we wanted to eat at before coming was only a few minutes walk away. Judy was very nice and extremely helpful. She gave us a great list of her favorites in playa and was very responsive the entire duration of our stay. We will definitely book Judy’s apartment again.

This is an amazing place. Beautiful, thoughtfully done with great living and bedroom spaces, ample bathrooms, and a private rooftop deck. Plenty of towels, the best stocked kitchen I've seen in my travels and some of the best lighting design I've ever seen at all. Surprisingly quiet for its location. The location, next to 10th Av., makes it a few minute walk to the beach - you're not right on the ocean - and there's no particular view, but the place itself is both charming and elegant. Overall, 5 stars. We had one issue - due to my having asthma - which is that the place hadn't been aired out and the bit of mustiness meant we decided not to extend our stay. One other note: we'd originally booked a different place in the building, which turned out not to be ready. We decided to call Judy, the host, who was incredibly gracious and attentive, and also flexible.

Judy's penthouse was AMAZING!!!We lucked up with her being able to accommodate us after we ran into an issue with another location. Her warmth radiated through the phone. She was even patient with us as we were lost trying to find the airbnb! If you are looking for a wonderful host with a GORGEOUS condo, she is your go too. Additionally, there are a few steps to walk but OMG... it's sooo worth it!
