Thank you so much, Vero and Adriana! The house was amazing for my group of 7. Vero was super helpful, and I really appreciated her flexibility. For an additional fee, we were able to check in early and check out late. Also, they let my trip coordinators come in early to decorate. That made our arrival easy and special. What I liked most was that there were plenty of bathrooms, one for each room. I hope to come back and stay here again :)

This was our family’s first time in La Paz & we enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful & stocked with towels, shampoo, body wash, & soap. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was a large drinking water jug available for us as well. Veronica was very responsive and gave local recommendations. We would stay here again on our next visit.

We live in Cabo San Lucas and go to La Paz quite frequently. We have stayed at Casa Seneca several times. The Host is great. The house is great and its a a location thats easy to get to and very close to the Malacon. The next time we come back we will stay there again if the house is available.

Beautiful Airbnb and location! Looks even better than the pictures. They provided us with jugs of drinking water which was a nice surprise when we arrived. The pool in the backyard was great to hang out in between activities. They had 7 beach towels and 4 beach chairs for us to use. The AC worked well in all of the rooms. We walked anywhere from 10-20 minutes to coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Easy to get Ubers within minutes. We needed a late check out and was charged $50USD in cash for 2 extra hours. Not ideal, but grateful they could accommodate. I would stay again.

Large spacious house, very private with security gate. Our Family of 10 had a great stay! We arrived really early and was allowed to check in super early so thank you! There is an oxxo and other markets nearby, good birriaria down the street, and the malecon is about a 15min walk. The jacuzzi takes a little while to heat up but it was a nice addition to lounge around at night after a long day exploring. Only complaint was the shower did not drain well so it can take overflow. Other than that everything was great and would definitely stay again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The house is gorgeous, we had plenty of space for our family. The maintenance team was friendly, proactive and responsive. The pool is divine. We would live there forever if we could, but lucky for the next guest, La Paz paraíso is yours.

Amazing place.

Adriana & her co-host Veronica, who lives and works in LaPaz, BCS, were excellent hosts. Veronica was so friendly, extremely gracious, prompt, and met us at the house when we arrived. The house appears to be newly remodeled, is very spacious, and modern. The front and back patios are gorgeous! Our young adult kids spent time each day in the large hot tub that worked very well! There are five bathrooms! We had 9 in our family staying; each person/couple had a room and bathroom. There was plenty of hot water. Our first day, the showers were a bit cold and the hot tub didn’t heat up all the way, but Veronica told us when we arrived that the new tank of gas was being delivered and hooked up the following day. It was no problem at all. The ACs also worked well. There is a small supermarket one block away to get some basic groceries. There is a larger store, Ley, that is about a ten - fifteen minute walk. The walk to malecón & historical district is easy! We would stay here again!

Great location, great host. Close to restaurants and 30m drive from Balandra an amazing beach. Lovely outdoor space for groups with a heated pool.

Casa Seneca was a great stay! The rooms are well distributed, it has great amenities, and it's walking distance from everything you need. The local contact, Verónica, was very helpful and attentive. The backyard is big, peaceful, the pool is a great place to relax, and the grill area was well used. We were a group of 7 ladies and the space was just perfect. The pictures do not do it justice.

Everything was great with the house. Air conditioning in all rooms, as well as in the living/dining room/kitchen. The terrace is also spacious with a barbecue and laundry room. The pool is the size of a jacuzzi for about 8 people. The carport for 3 cars. The house is very spacious, clean, well located with places to eat nearby, even near the malecón. The house we did not have any problems at all, we were 10 people, all the rooms have full bathroom, without hesitation if we return.

We had a great stay for a team event! It’s awesome to have all the separate rooms with bathrooms for each and then have a communal spot to all hangout. The little pool/hot tub is great. Outdoor kitchen is simple and great to BBQ. You can walk to things easily. We easily fit two trucks into the driveway which is all behind a garage door and wall so it is very secure. We will definitely stay again with our team or with big groups!

This house was the perfect home away from home. It was exactly like the pictures and it accommodated a family of 11. I highly recommend this to a family that vacations in La Paz!

What a beautiful home. The pictures do not do this house justice! The design and architecture of the home is great. Everything is new, modern and clean. The host was very friendly, she met us at the house to check in and show us around. It was great having the secured parking garage for our vehicles. The location is good. The house is walking distance from a great part of the malecon with nice restaurants. We highly recommend this home for your stay.

Our family stay was Great!, more then i expected. The house was beautiful and clean. The beds where so comfortable and the down stairs bedroom with private bathroom was great for my mother. We enjoyed the heated pool. there where 2 stores near by very convenient. over all we had awesome time celebrating my mother 70th Birthday present. she enjoyed the stay. PS. we will never forget this trip :)

It is a very nice house, comfortable, and in a central area, very friendly and responded very quickly, we were very happy with our stay.

Excellent place and very nice to spend the weekend

This house is the place to go for a group! we were a group of six and had bedrooms and bathrooms to spare! It is very clean and located in a great area, very close to the malecon. It does have a pool and a place to park your car securely. The appliances and kitchen were very clean and seemed brand new. The decor is very cute and modern. It was a great place for our group to spend some time in LA Paz!

We loved Adriana's house, it was very close to the esplanade, about a 10-minute walk, and you can find everything you need within walking distance. The house is spacious and has very comfortable beds. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The house has enough bathrooms for everyone, and we were also surprised that they had just built a small pool. I definitely recommend this place if you're traveling with large groups.
