The place had old furniture, in the bedrooms old sheets and pillows, old towels. In general the place had too many old items that made the place look bad. The only plus was the ac in the rooms. But they charge you extra if you use all the rooms with ac in the house . I rented the entire house (3bedrooms)but had to pay extra for the third rooms… Bathroom were very dirty even had dead cockroach, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while To resume all not satisfied at all with this place

Our photos accurately reflect the condition of the home, and we take great pride in the work of our cleaning staff and the experience we provide to our guests our furniture are not old it is vintage looking as reflected in the photos and everything goes with the style. Regarding the additional AC charge, this information was communicated well before your reservation began, giving you the opportunity to cancel if you were not comfortable with the policy, yet you decided to go on with the booking, For that reason, this review feels retaliatory rather than reflective of the actual stay experience. About the cockroaches you provided no photo or raise any concern during your stay.

Everything was great; we found the location to be perfect for what we wanted to do during our time in Nicaragua. We had a minor setback, but they helped us right away, and everything went great. Perhaps the overall cleanliness of the house could be improved a bit, but otherwise, we liked everything.

This house definitely has a lot of square footage for the price. It’s very comfortable and I would stay again.

This was a great find. Victor was very attentive. The house was clean, spacious, and close to the area we wanted to be. Thank you for being a great host.

The place is just nice, comfortable, everything is very clean and tidy. Delighted with the house, the place is downtown and in a very quiet area. Always friendly host, I recommend it 👍
