Built in the 1970s, this cozy three-bedroom home is simple and modest but fully equipped for a comfortable stay in Managua. Although it is not modern, the house provides the essentials for a relaxing visit and offers the welcoming feel of an earlier era.
The property is located near Residencial El Dorado Park in a family-oriented neighborhood known as one of the safest areas in the city. Its convenient location provides easy access to Metrocentro, local markets, the National Stadium, Complejo de Piscinas Michelle Richardson, and other points of interest.

Energy Usage
To help conserve energy, please follow these guidelines:
- Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house and at check-out.
- Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.
- The stay includes a daily electricity allowance of 10 kilowatt-hours per bedroom. Please keep bedroom doors closed when using the air conditioning to help remain within this allowance.
Electricity usage exceeding the included allowance will incur an additional charge of $0.50 per extra kilowatt-hour.
For transparency, a photograph of the energy meter will be taken on both the arrival and departure days. This allows us to calculate the total electricity usage accurately.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Two parking spaces are available inside the property for small and medium-sized cars.
Important Information
- The neighborhood is family-oriented. Parties and other activities that may disturb the neighbors are not permitted.
- All bedrooms have air conditioning, but the number of available bedrooms depends on the number of guests.
- Hot water is not available.
- Due to the age of the house, there may be some stains on the floor. These should not affect your stay.
- The home has one Amazon Alexa device. You are welcome to disconnect it if you prefer.
Room Policy
- Reservations for one guest include access to one bedroom.
- Reservations for three guests include access to two bedrooms.
- Reservations for four guests include access to all three bedrooms.

The place had old furniture, in the bedrooms old sheets and pillows, old towels. In general the place had too many old items that made the place look bad. The only plus was the ac in the rooms. But they charge you extra if you use all the rooms with ac in the house . I rented the entire house (3bedrooms)but had to pay extra for the third rooms… Bathroom were very dirty even had dead cockroach, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while To resume all not satisfied at all with this place

Todo estuvo muy bien, la ubicación nos pareció perfecta para lo que deseamos realizar durante los dias en Nicaragua. Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo, pero nos ayudaron en el momento y todo salió genial.. Talvez revisar un poco la limpieza en general de la casa, pero en sí, todo nos gusto..
