An excellent place to spend time with the family. The residential complex is very nice and has many amenities. I have stayed in places with a golf course, and it definitely met all expectations, as did the various beach clubs. The service was very good and there was always smooth communication with the concierge and all the people who supported us (Fernanda, Mary Carmen, etc.). Highly recommended for spending quiet days with the family.

We had an incredible stay at Maikel's place. Our first time in Punta Mita and it was a great first visit, and Maikel's place made it that much more enjoyable and comfortable. The concierge team was very efficient and responsive. Maria Jose was always quick to respond to my emails and was willing to help. The housekeeper, Maria Carmen was lovely and made sure our stay was comfortable. The condo was spotless and we had access to the beach clubs. The golf cart was perfect for our family and we used it daily. Thank you Maikel for having our family of five.

Everything was spectacular. From the residence itself, to the staff, and the concierge team. The golf cart was in great condition. We had a blast and will be staying again when we come back down in the future.

We had an absolutely amazing trip. The unit was perfect for our family. The concierge, Fernanda, was incredible and just beyond helpful with all we needed. We had a problem with the golf cart on our last day and they arranged a replacement for us while we were at a beach club. Just great service, everyone involved was so friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!

The place is spectacular, the beach clubs are very exclusive. The apartment is in perfect condition and the service is very good.

Spent our Christmas here and loved everything about this unit. Photos accurate. Location exactly what we were looking for - close to golf, restaurants, town. But the very best part was having housekeeper/cook every day! As my son said before we left…I want to take MC home with us!! Concierge was outstanding too. Very responsive. Excellent vacation! We had a perfect vacation and would definitely return! The apartment is lovely and has free access to a number of great beach clubs just a short ride away on the golf cart. And is very close to the town as well.

Everything Mind Blowing

We had such a great time in Punta Mita and Maikel's charming place was the perfect home base for us. My wife and I were traveling with our two-year-old, and no detail was too small. Our concierge arranged a car seat for our transportation to/from PVR and to have a babysitter come one night so my wife and I could go on a date. Our wonderful housekeeper (and chef extraordinaire) was attentive to our son's mercurial needs. Equally important, Maikel and his team were incredibly responsive and flexible, including on the day of our arrival. We forgot to pack our pack-n-play (portable crib) and I had to arrange for one to be delivered from Sayulita from midair on our flight down from the U.S. So many things had to go right to have the crib waiting for us when we arrived and Maikel and his team coordinated all of them. I can't recommend this place highly enough. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Maikel!

We had a lovely stay. Maikel was the perfect host- easy to communicate with, resolved any issues immediately and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The place was spotless with lovely furnishings and very well stocked with everything. We look forward to staying there again very soon!

Loved this Airbnb. My gfs and I went for a birthday celebration and it was perfect. We were greeted by Maria to check-in and chips, salsa, guacamole and margaritas were ready and waiting for us. We all loved our stay and loved the little area we were in. The only thing we weren’t warned about was that the room with two bunk beds didn’t have AC which meant two beds short. We made it work though and squeezed three on the king bed. We also had some issues with the AC in the primary bedroom and draining in the other bedroom but they sent someone out the next day to fix both. Concierge was super responsive and helpful while planning our trip. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb and will be back!

I believe this is the 2nd or 3rd time my family has stayed in this unit. Always a great experience in beautiful Punta Mita.

We had a great time at Terraza p13. The home was well equipped with everything we needed including golf cart, daily housekeeping, and delicious breakfast. Pedro and Mary Carmen were great and helped us with anything we needed while there. We loved our stay and cant wait to go back.

Our stay was as we expected, it is a very quiet place, very clean, super comfortable. Majo was always attentive to us, he responded immediately and Maricarmen's attention to the house, it was great, the house was super clean and she was super nice always attending us with a smile. Without question, this is our favorite AirBnB on the planet! We have stayed at Maikel's place 4 or 5 times over the past few years, and it is always impeccable, beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable. And the level of service and care from the staff members is always delightful. On this trip, Maria Carmen was there every morning at 7:30, preparing coffee, juice, fresh fruit and special dishes from pancakes and French toast to her delicious chilaquiles. We used our golf cart every day after breakfast, heading to one of the three sensational beach clubs, for a day of sun and libations. It is the closest thing to total relaxation that we have ever known, and we'll be back many times in years to come.

Very comfortable and well decorated unit on the bottom floor close to town within the gates of Punta de Mita. It was our first stay in the Las Terrazas complex and we loved the location to the beach clubs and town.

Location is terrific and close to all the beach clubs. Check in was easy, and the condo was very clean! Marie Carmen our friendly housekeeper was wonderful and cooked delicious breakfast and kept the place immaculate every day. We had some battery issues with the golf cart but the host took care of it in a very timely way and replaced it the same day! Great deal and checks all the boxes!

Place looked exactly like the photos! Concierge literally was able to get us any and everything we wanted as far as items we left at home or items we needed while there! Isabel the house keeper and chef not o Lu cooked for us everyday but also for our 10 month old baby! The golf cart was amazing as we were able to get to every beach club and restaurant within 5-8min and we didn’t have to call an Uber not one time during our stay given everything was so close! I highly recommend this place as it is a one stop shop, convenient, peaceful and beautiful! This was hands down the best trip we’ve had!

Excellent property in the most perfect location! We were able to go to multiple beach clubs using the golf cart provided and enjoy the different pools/beaches. The property is also close to the little town outside the gates where there are multiple dining options and also a market if you need snacks/groceries. Lastly, this is truly a golfer’s paradise since it is located pretty much on the golf course. We will absolutely be back for the tremendous service and location!

Beautiful apartment. Excellent host. Wonderful holiday. Loved the beach club access (Pacifico was the best). They had guacamole and margaritas waiting for us when we arrived. It was literally the most delicious I've ever had! Thanks again!

Everything is very good

Everything was exactly as they describe it, just one of the rooms did not has a AC so it was useless because it was warm to sleep in, but everything else was perfect

Maikel's place is in a great location with very good amenities. 2 larger rooms are very spacious, as is the general living area and kitchen. If you have enough guests that you need to use the bunk bed, one thing to keep in mind is that air circulation is a little less in there. But overall, with the quality of the breakfasts/lunches provided, we had a great time!

The place was beautiful and all the beach clubs were amazing. Little pricey for Mexico. I’m not totally used having all these extra services maybe cause I’m a low key kinda person. I will say that I have two beautiful 18 year old girls with me and didn’t feel comfortable letting them go anywhere alone.

It’s definitely a beautiful place to visit! Highly recommend to stay here. Mary Carmen is an amazing lady who cleaned and cooked for us. We will miss you Mary Carmen! Fernanda was also amazing, always tentative and available when we had questions! ❤️ About the place- the place was good, except that the temperature in the master room with one king size bed was very warm, maintenance came to inspect the a/c, but not a lot of change. The small room with bunk beds is very small and there is no a/c. My daughter and mom had to sleep in the living room due to the hot temperature in the room. The fan in the little room is very noisy too. We loved the place because it’s quiet and relaxing!

What a gem this place was! Impeccably clean and the service from concierge, maid, chefs were all amazing. My only complaint is that the master bedroom is very warm, even with the AC at the lowest temp. There is also no AC in the third bedroom which is very small. Thankfully the couch was very comfortable so we took advantage of that. Comes with several amazing amenities inside the gates of Punta Mita.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the unit, and we have loved it every time. It is clean, convenient, and well decorated. Carmen the cook and cleaner is fantastic. It is well located and easy to get everywhere.

We loved staying here! One of holidays that we were truly able to relax. Mary Carmen was great at taking care of our breakfast or lunch and left the condo and our laundry impeccably clean every day. Loved having the gulf car and spent most evenings at the surf club as I have a family of surfers. We also really enjoyed having a choice of pools that we used most mornings, we often opted for the pool at the condo as it was very private and normally had it to ourselves. Would highly recommend!

BEST VACATION EVER!! From the moment we arrived we were on Cloud 9. Transportation was a breeze, communication was impeccable, and the house was amazing. We arrived with a full fridge and left with full hearts and bellies thanks to the incredible Maricarmen. She made us breakfast daily, fresh guacamole & pico/Salsa, washed our clothes & cleaned everything to perfection EVERY DAY! The property was unreal. The golf cart was a must-have and we had so much fun exploring. I know previous reviews stated about the battery dying often, but the owner replaced it before we arrived and we never lost charge. The pool at Las Terrazas is a hidden gem and so quiet and overlooks the golf course. Every single place we went was better than the next. We would stay here again and again if we could. Maria the concierge was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything we asked & more.

What an absolute gem! We hand the pleasure of staying here for a week and did not want to leave. Everything you could want in a vacation rental. We utilized every space of the house. The BBQ and outside lounge/table area were great for dinner. The large living room couch was great for the family to watch movies (love that they had Netflix and other apps). The beds/bedding were super comfortable. The golf cart was a hit! We drove everywhere in it. Make sure you charge it after every ride since it does lose charge rather quickly. The complex was quiet at night. The AC worked great. The laundry was a huge plus. The place is bigger than It looked in pictures. And the best part of the whole place was Carmen the housekeeper. She was the nicest lady who made us multiple meals and on my birthday she even made me a cake and set out balloons. She was a gem! Make sure to request a crib/pack n play if you are traveling with an infant. There was not one in the house but they will bring you one just make sure to set up in advance. La Comer and big grocery store in puerto Vallarta is a better stop on your way to Punta mita if you plan on stocking up on food. Ollin is the close market in Punta mita but it’s overpriced and small. The bunk bed room is warm so request a fan if you’ll be sleeping in there. The beach clubs - all of them- where fabulous for their own reasons. My kids loved Kupuri kids club and I loved their beach/pool. We loved pacificos kids pool and the amazing sunsets. We only explored Sufi club the last night but it looked just as nice. Honestly, this place was amazing! We can’t wait to go back and stay here again. The communication with the host was excellent and then the coordinator when we got there was also very informative and eager to help. You cannot go wrong staying here. It will exceed all of your expectations!

Excellent service! We booked last minute, but they took all the steps to welcome us as if they had been waiting for us for days. The place is clean, nice and luxurious. The girl who represents the management maintains constant communication, gave all the necessary information, and was available at all times. The location is privileged, and the amenities of the development are diverse and exclusive. We loved the experience, recommend it, and will definitely be staying again.

Excellent apartment, beautiful place with impeccable service. All the beach clubs are very nice and very clean, excellent place for vacations.

This is a wonderful place to stay, would definitely come back. The location of the property is not too far in so you are closer to the main gate. Below is a breakdown of our experience with 6 adults Living Room/Dining: Perfect and comfortable for all 6 of us. We were able to have dinner comfortably and watch a movie together. One of the adults ended up sleeping outside because the little room with the bunkbeds was too warm. Said the couch was comfortable. Small Room: This room is perfect for kids or low maintenance adults. It is very small and narrow, only can be used for sleeping. Guests staying in this room will need another area to store their belongings. Shower in here is graded at an interesting angle...be careful when showering to make sure water doesn't backup into the room where the bunks are. Guest Room Gorgeous, spacious...has a door to the backyard area. Comfortable beds, bathroom, storage. Primary Bedroom Same as the guest room, beautiful and comfortable. Larger bathroom/closet area with a safe. Also has a private outside area with a hammock that also connects to the shower. Kitchen Had everything we needed and was easy to use, we cooked meals here each day. Outdoor Area Great to lounge around and enjoy the weather, be sure to use bug spray. Surrounding Property The beach clubs are wonderful here, I suggest trying a different one each day because they all have a different vibe. There is a market just outside the gates that will have everything you need if you plan on cooking or need snacks. They also sell sunblock. Some restaurants I suggest are Asai (inside the gates) and Casa Teresa (outside the gates). Pool The condo has a beautiful community pool, wraps around the golf course, make sure you check it out!
