Comfortable and clean house in cocoyoc

Everything was excellent, great service from Mrs. Patricia and Mrs. Lulu, the pool was great, the campfire was excellent, the house is very nice, each room having its own bathroom is a plus, easy check-in, security in the subdivision, my son and nephews had a great time, I will definitely return.

The house is very clean as advertised in the pictures, Mrs. Lulu is very friendly and has delicious seasoning that is delicious, the pool is clean and large with a standard height so as not to take any risks. In front of the subdivision there is an Oxxo and Soriana. The people who help with the boiler and other amenities are very friendly and the host Patricia is very friendly and always attentive.

We traveled as a family group of 15 and Patricia's accommodation pleasantly exceeded expectations, as well as all the communication in the process until the moment we left her property, always attentive to any questions or requests. The property is as mentioned in the publication, highlighting the good size of each room and that each one has a full bathroom. We had doubts about the pool panels, from previous experiences, but children and adults enjoyed the temperature from morning to night. We requested the cooking and cleaning service, which we received to our complete satisfaction and with excellent service. The family's overall conclusion is that Patricia and Pamela are the best hosts we've ever dealt with, and their property is one of our best experiences.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house, the price is in line with all the amenities that the house and the area offer. Something we loved was the vegetation surrounding the house, super clean and beautiful. Check-in was quite easy, access with sufficient security. A super mega plus is the domestic service of Mrs. Lulu, a super attentive, kind and very active person. Before check-out time, the lady had almost everything clean, thanks to her we felt like we were in a hotel. And not to mention the attentiveness of Mrs. Patricia, on Friday night she gave me directions via phone call, inviting us to different activities inside and outside the subdivision, always attentive to the needs that we could have. We were a group of 10 adults and a 4-month-old baby and we had an amazing time, I would definitely rent this house again ❤️

We visited this very pleasant place, in accordance with the photos and descriptions it offers, the pool was always at a very good temperature which allowed us to enjoy it even though it was half cloudy, the subdivision is very nice and very quiet, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, Paty's attention and openness is very good, the guy who came to clean was very good and respectful, a very good place to rest and highly recommended

The house is better than shown in the photos, it is in a very safe private area and very well located. It's a perfect place for a family weekend. Patricia was in communication at all times and was always clear in the instructions, recommendations and rules. Yuri, the person who helps cook and clean the house, is very respectful and kind, and he cooks very well. He helped us go to the supermarket for things we forgot to bring, which is a plus since you don't need to leave the house for anything. I'll definitely come back some day.
