Our budget rooms are designed for travelers looking for an affordable stay, and many guests enjoy spending time in the restaurant, where we aim to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere. We typically turn the music off by 9 PM, but we’re always happy to adjust or turn it down sooner upon request. We encourage guests to let us know if they have concerns during their stay so we can address them right away. Regarding the beer pricing, we understand how frustrating unexpected changes can be. Unfortunately, beer prices increased unexpectedly across the island. While we updated guests and patrons as quickly as possible, our printed menus have not yet been updated to reflect the change. We apologize for any confusion this caused. As for the plumbing issue, we understand the inconvenience it caused and are truly sorry it impacted your stay. On the island, maintenance and repairs can take longer than we’d like due to availability and response times, but we did everything possible to address the issue promptly. We also take cleanliness seriously and ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned, wiped down, and sanitized between stays. That said, we’ll investigate the musty smell you mentioned and take steps to address it. Finally, we recognize that mattress comfort is subjective, and we’re happy to offer options if guests let us know. Our team is always willing to help swap mattresses or provide solutions to ensure a more comfortable stay. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve.
