Raffi is an excellent host and the team working with him were on the mark throughout our stay. Casa La Paz is beautiful and well maintained and veryclean. It is exactly like the pictures and exceeded our expectations. The pool was warm and a great place to sienna time with the family. The beach has soft sand, clear water, and live coral you can snorkel. I highly recommend staying at Casa La Paz. Thank you Raffi for a great stay!

The house is terrific and the location even better! Definitely a great place to spend a few days. Very friendly people, and it has all the amenities needed.

The house is immaculately clean, and even better than pictured. The views are beautiful. It was so peaceful, we basically had the whole communal pool and the beach in front of the condos to ourselves. There is a lovely bar open daily. On top of that Ana was amazing - she gave us recommendations for scuba diving (Gael and Caro wereTHE best, and we opted for extra cleanings which was also great). The town is 10 mins drive, with great restaurants and a very chill vibe. Loved it so much! Thank you!

This was easily our best short-term rental experience. The villa was perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. Raffi was an outstanding host, with proactive communication and incredibly fast response times. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Our family of 5 had a great time at the condo. Everyone was very helpful and easy to work with. The condo itself had a lot of room, the patio was wonderful and sunsets were amazing. We met a lot of great people that were also visiting or were owners of the other units. We will be back.

We stayed at Casa de Paz for a birthday celebration and invited friends to join us. I was new to the area, and Raffi and his team were so helpful in planning everything from a catamaran adventure to a private chef. This place is stunning, and the area and surrounding condos are equally beautiful. I would highly recommend booking a vacation to La Paz and staying here. 5 stars!

La Casa de Paz was even better in person than the photos. The whole complex felt secure and comfortable for our family, especially with a toddler. Plenty of parking and the home had everything we needed and more. A big thank you to Ana, our concierge. She made everything easy from start to finish, including booking a private dinner. Chef Juan was outstanding and the food was incredible. We also arranged our car rental through her and the process was smooth. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach with no stress. Beautiful home, peaceful environment, and a trip we will remember. Highly recommend La Casa de Paz.

Best stay ever

Our stay at Casa de la Paz was wonderful! The property is absolutely beautiful—spotless, well-kept, and sitting right on the beach with a huge pool that our kids couldn’t get enough of. Ana was incredibly helpful before and during our trip, assisting with grocery shopping, scheduling activities, and even arranging our rental car, which made everything so easy. Raffi was also fantastic—very responsive, accommodating, and attentive to any questions or needs we had. This home truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Casa de la Paz to our friends and family. We hope to be back very soon! 🌅

In these years we have visited beautiful beaches, with fantastic accommodations. Casa de Paz is the best. Beautiful beach, spacious, clean, equipped with excellent taste and quality. If you're also looking for tranquility and privacy, this is the place. Friendly hosts. We will definitely be back every six months.

I loved the apartment, I would definitely rent it again. The host's support in every way, with flexible schedules, establishment in the area, details of amenities, etc., the simple fact of being available 24/7 made the difference in the service and the warmth of the treatment. They made us feel that every detail that was requested was important to them. The cozy apartment, the perfect areas, its living room with an opening to its wonderful terrace, its terrace overlooking the most incredible sunsets. It has absolutely everything, its kitchen is equipped with a 10/10, oven, microwave, hot drawer, cold drawer, wine refrigerator, stove, etc. its kitchen and bar are super complete. It has a spacious closet and its beds are delicious as well as its sheets. The fact that they have a cleaning service is also a plus for staying. I was treated like a member of the household and that was felt in every detail. Super helpful and accommodating. Definitely my 2nd home

The best airbnb we have ever stayed in Mexico, spectacular!! The beach is beautiful at all times, with few people, the pool is beautiful and the temperature is very good, the house is impeccable and has everything you need. We'll be back soon!

The place is awesome! The house has all the amenities and the location in front of the jacuzzi, the pool and the beach is excellent for everyone in the family to have freedom. The place is super quiet and the sunsets are a dream. We had a rental car which allowed us to go to restaurants and other beaches. I'd stay here a thousand times again

This place is magical. We loved every bit of it. We were looking for a one story place for my aging parents and this is one of a kind. Raffi and the house manager are so responsive and worked hard to get a walker for my dad. They went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. We didn’t rent a car and at times it was hard to get an uber or taxi. The front guard helped and the Beach club sent a shuttle one of the days but next time I would rent a car. Other than that I would 100% recommend and have recommended to stay at Raffis place.

Great place worth every penny

Casa de Paz is an ideal family getaway! Private quiet setting on a soft sand kid friendly beach coupled with a hot tub and Olympic size pool steps from the sand. The location is a 5 min drive to town or the Puerta Cortés Marina for a boating adventure to amazing beaches and viewing a wide abundance of sea life. Raffi and Ana were very attentive and responsive providing local suggestions and accommodations requested. Their hospitality was first class. The unit was very clean, had all the amenities stated and more, and the staff on site is friendly and helpful. This has become an annual trip and we will certainly be back next year!

Stunning beachfront villa steps from Playa Caimancito with all the modern conveniences for a memorable stay. The hosts are attentive and kind. The large heated jacuzzi was perfect for nighttime stargazing. The beach was magnificent with crystal clear water and many aquatic animal sightings including fish, crabs and whales! I wish I could stay here forever!

This property caught my eye immediately, and from the initial conversations with Raffi, I knew we were in for a vacation of a lifetime. Admittedly a bit pricier than our typical vacation home selection, there was something about this one…and as we got closer, I was continuously reassured that it was worth the price. Raffi’s exceptional communication and enthusiasm for making our stay incredible was non-stop. He set us up with cooks for a few meals (two wonderful sisters with delicious dishes), a car rental service from Cabo, and a fishing guide. Incredible! We’ve never encountered such great service. And as for the home and property, what can I say that others haven’t? We all thought we were in a dream when we arrived. It truly is heaven on Earth. The accommodations, comfort, location to the beach, pool, and Juan the bartender…who needs anything else? Bottom line, of the nine years we’ve been vacationing in Mexico, this was our favorite home away from home. Thank you, Raffi!

Casa de Paz is a fantastic find and Raffi is the ultimate host. The house is in a beautiful location, right on the beach, and the sunsets are gorgeous. The whole development is very peaceful and private, and perfectly located between downtown La Paz and the Puerta Cortes resort, which has numerous restaurants, cafes, a beach club and other services. Raffi has a great concierge (Li) as well as a great cleaning lady and cook (Yessi) who were both very helpful. Raffi was a very attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. He accommodated all of our needs and we felt very much at home. The house itself is very nice and perfect for a family vacation!

Raffi’s villa was fabulous. The location was awesome, the beach was steps from our porch and the villa was beautiful. Raffi and the concierge were super helpful in providing recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. They even got a pack and play for us to use for our stay so that we didn’t have to pack one with us. We hope to be back again someday!

Our family had a great vacation here. It was wonderful and everyone was helpful and the beach, pool and home were perfect. It was better than we expected.

Raffi's place was absolutely beautiful! The condo was just as pictured (if not better!) and the pool area and beach was breath taking! We had everything we needed at the condo, amazing kitchen, washer/dryer to wash your clothes, and super comfy beds. There werecoolers, beach chairs and an umbrella if needed in the storage closet, although we didn't need it since the pool had plenty of chairs and umbrellas, and the beach had large comfy cabanas for condo guests. We practically had the complex and beach to ourselves! Raffi and Lee (the concierge) were both very responsive before, during and after the trip. We can't wait to come back!

Raffi is a super host. He helped my friends coordinate a beautiful surprise for my birthday. He was always checking in with the group. The condo is beautiful and the proximity to the beach made it extra convenient. Lee was always very helpful. She checked in as well and helped us coordinate transportation. She even offered to bring us food once which was great since we didn’t want to leave the condo. Everything about the complex was great and Raffi and Lee made us feel very welcomed. Will definitely be going back.
