A beautiful house and we had a wonderful stay. We loved it and were very happy. The house is comfortable and, above all, clean.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and clean. The spaces are perfect for large groups to spend time together. Although it is in the center of Merida, it is very quiet, with no noise or disturbances. I highly recommend it. It's 100% worth it. The only thing I would improve is that the pool waterfall didn't work and that there should be a sound system or speaker, especially in the pool area. Everything else was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The house was beautiful, well-maintained, and a perfect to relax. One of the highlights was how easy it was to enjoy the beach. We spent a lot of time walking along the shore and taking in the ocean views. A bit far from restaurants and other dining options, so getting food required some planning. However, the peaceful location and the beauty of the house more than made up for it. Overall, a great place for a relaxing beach getaway, and we would happily stay here again.

The home is beautiful. Very large space that accommodated our entire family. The home has its own parking space which was a big plus. It is centrally located and very close to restaurants and activities we had planned. The host was very friendly and responsive. We felt very confident in our stay. Would definitely stay again.

We visited Mexico for medical treatment for our young daughter and decided to rent a house on the beach and bring our whole family nieces and nephews included and are so happy that we did. The house was so beautiful and clean everything we expected and more. The host was very helpful and responsive. Ac worked great and the views were just breathtaking.

We stayed for 3 nights with 9 people and it was extremely comfortable. It is a beautiful property with everything you can need. We will definitely be back.

The house is very comfortable ! The only thing missing would be lounge chairs, either for the beach or by the pool. They were always attentive to us for everything we needed! Great place!

I had the opportunity to spend 3 days in the house, and I enjoyed it and had a great time. It is a house designed to enjoy the ocean views, pool and relaxation. Recommended if you have a plan to relax and chill. The rooms are amazing. Just note that there is no room on the ground floor. We had no problem with it. And the view of the ocean from the bedrooms is a delight.

We liked it a lot. The only thing was that we found hair in the bathroom, and when we took a shower, the drain got clogged and flooded, but those were just minor details. Martha always communicated with me and was attentive! I recommend it and I would stay there again :)

Amazing, the house is very nice. The area is very quiet, and having the beach right outside is fantastic. We had a few issues with the air conditioning, but they came the same day to check it out. They were always very attentive.

It was an incredible place, feeling luxurious with a perfect location. The town is generally very quiet and calm, and the beach was perfect. My only observation is that we wished we had beach chairs and umbrellas, but otherwise, it was a perfect Airbnb

This was one of the most amazing AirBnb stays that I have done I rate it a 10/10 would definitely stay here again within minutes from downtown and many restaurants !

Had a superb stay!

Our stay at Rajulmar in Progreso was a complete success. The location right on the beach is hard to beat – a few steps and you are already in the sea. The spacious terrace with beautiful views invites you to linger, and the pool was a daily highlight for the children. The house was very clean, well equipped and offered everything we needed. Especially the kitchen is well equipped, so that even cooking together is possible without any problems. The bedrooms are spacious and offer a great view of the sea. The host was always easy to reach and even took care of a quick pool cleaning without being asked – a service you don't find everywhere. We enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend the place.

Excellent place to stay in Progreso (Yucatán). The five spacious, air-conditioned rooms invite you to relax. Direct access to the beach, just a short walk away, is the perfect complement to a great vacation.

Loved the house

Amazing stay!! We stayed as a group of 18 people, and it was very comfortable. What we liked most was that each room has its own private bathroom; they are all very nice. Everything in excellent condition, very comfortable and pleasant. We loved it!

The stay was pleasant and comfortable, and I felt very at home.

The only thing is that there was no water in the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Everything else was excellent.

It exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, very clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The staff was always in touch for anything we needed. We forgot one of the children's toys, and they contacted us right away to let us know. That gesture says a lot about them. We would definitely come back.

This place was great! We had three couples staying at the beach a few nights after a wedding in Mérida. We mostly stayed at the house and it was extremely clean and comfortable. We all loved the beds, the AC, and the backyard with the pool and beach views. The kitchen was also very nice and had everything we needed. We want to plan a future trip back soon!

The house is amazing, very nice and spacious, impeccably clean, and it has all the necessary amenities and even more. It had towels for the pool, everything you need to cook, and very nice bedrooms. The house is very quiet, and the air conditioners cool the bedrooms really well. Very good service from the host, who is very friendly. I highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was large and spacious for our family of 10. We really enjoyed the terrace with the patio, which was big enough for the whole family, the swimming pool, and the hammocks with a sea view! The kitchen was also spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Each room was comfortable (bed, ceiling fan, and air conditioning) and had access to a private bathroom. We had a power outage in the evening, but no problem—there is a generator that immediately kicked in without us having to do anything or report it. Martha was very responsive to our messages. We were very close to the port of Progreso, with its markets, restaurants, and tourists. However, near the accommodation, it's very private and quiet!

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is spacious, comfortable and very nice; in addition, at all times they were attentive to our arrival and any situation or requirement that arose. As an area of opportunity, the pool does not have a heater and in the beach there was sargazo presence, aspects to consider according to the season. Overall a very good experience and very attentive hosts.

We truly enjoyed our stay! From start to finish, everything was smooth and comfortable. The host’s responsiveness was perfect — always quick to reply and very helpful whenever we needed anything. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. The house was very clean, and the rooms are spacious. It’s a big home that allows everyone to have their own privacy while still offering great common areas to spend time together and have fun. The location is also very convenient — about a 20-minute walk to downtown, and there’s a bus stop just across the street if you prefer not to walk. The large private parking space was another big plus. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was huge and spotless. We rented the house with another friends family and everyone had plenty of privacy and space. The common areas were very spacious and comfy. The whole deco of the home was well thought from the color of the walls, the material of the doors, the art in every room. This place is also walking distance from the main plaza and the zoo. I was very happy to see a spacious and very clean kitchen.

This was an excellent place to stay. The host was responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our trip planning. They provided great local recommendations for excursions and restaurants, and even did a grocery run before our arrival so the house was fully stocked when we got there. I can’t recommend this home—or the host and their services—highly enough. A truly 5/5 stay!

A very nice place, very clean, very comfortable for everyone. It's downtown, and you can walk to many interesting places. But to go to Mérida, a car is always important if you want to visit cenotes and so on, the super plus is that it has 3 parking lots

A wonderful house, perfect for a vacation with a large group. It has enough rooms to make your stay comfortable, common spaces to spend time together and private spaces to rest. The hosts were always attentive and quick to respond to our questions. Definitely a 100% recommended place to stay and we will be back.

Very nice house with high quality finishes (bathrooms for example). Very spacious. Communication with hosts was also seamless. Would recommend! A few things to know / note: (we stayed in December for 4 nights) - pool was VERY cold and never warmed up since the sun doesn’t reach it - the sofa smells a bit odd / old / unpleasant - we couldn’t make breakfast the first day because there was no gas for 3-4 hours (both tanks ran out apparently) - 3 of the 5 bedrooms are facing the ocean - the place is very secluded and you will need to drive 5-10 minutes to the next restaurant, seems also like December is not high season (some places closed).

The house is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal for walking around downtown Merida. There's an Oxxo right across the street, which is very useful. There are also restaurants nearby and the market. There were 10 of us and the stay was amazing! We loved the house. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The check-in process was seamless, and Host’s had clearly taken care to make everything easy and comfortable. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the listing. The bed was super comfy, and we slept really well. We especially loved the kitchen — it had everything we needed, which made cooking so convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet just minutes away from public transit and great shops/restaurants, so getting around was a breeze. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home and stress-free the whole time. If we visit Mérida again, we’d 100% stay here without hesitation. Highly recommend.

The place was amazing, unbeatable. It's really nice, quiet. It is as described in the publication, a spacious house with everything you need to enjoy. I think what I would improve would be the communication from the co-hosts, although there was nothing serious, there were workers modifying the electricity line of the house but they could never give me more information.

The house is beautiful, very spacious and with everything you need for a very comfortable and the best stay. The beach is very nice and the sea is very calm. Communication with the hosts was spectacular, they resolved all our questions very quickly and met all our needs. I'm sure we'll be back in the future. I recommend it 100%.

This is hands down the best house on the beach in Progreso! A true beachfront experience from start to finish. We spent a family weekend here with six adults and four kids, and made some incredible memories. The house exceeded every expectation beautiful kitchen, thoughtfully designed rooms, super comfortable beds, and so much space to relax and enjoy. The pool and hammock area were such special touches, and we loved being able to walk just two minutes to the ocean to go fishing every morning. Everything about this home made it easy to have a perfect family getaway. You can tell the hosts thought of every detail to make your stay smooth and enjoyable. We would recommend this house to absolutely everyone. The easy check-in and check-out made the whole experience even better. Truly the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in!

THE HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL, SUPER TIDY, CLEAN, EVERYTHING AS DESCRIBED. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND I RECOMMEND IT.

We really enjoyed the house, very quiet, nice and comfortable. I highly recommend it and we would repeat it. It does not have a conventional oven, but it does have a mini electric oven that, although it is very good, is small, just to consider it in case you want to bake something.

Amazing house for family vacations. We traveled with a 4-month-old baby and a two-year-old girl and it was the ideal trip. The house is very nice with spacious rooms, the air conditioning works very well and the internet too. We had a problem that there was no hot water in one room, but the hosts came instantly to try to fix it. They were always looking out for us. I highly recommend this house. 100% we plan to return soon.

The house is spectacular, even more beautiful in person than in the pictures, very organized, clean, with everything you need, the only thing I would recommend is to consider the possibility of having a washing machine because it does not have one and in my case it was necessary because I had a baby, but everything is 10/10
