The location and terrace view absolutely carried this stay 😭 The private community was beautiful, and my family genuinely had a great time overall. That said, the house itself needs some TLC. We found dirty bathrooms, damaged kitchen/cabinet areas, a ripped outdoor cushion, a broken door handle, a used coffee machine, and what appeared to be an owner’s car parked in the driveway. We also had no water for a bit, but thankfully that was fixed the same day. The host communicated well with check-in/out instructions, but some concerns felt dismissed by property management, so we just worked around them and enjoyed our vacation. Would I recommend the community? 100%. This specific house? Probably not. Amazing view, great potential, but maintenance and cleanliness need to catch up with the location.
