Laura's place was the the perfect spot to stay in Playa Del Carmen. We enjoyed how walkable it was and has a great view over the beach.

a fantastic place. couple minor issues with condo but both nothing at all to even mention. Great communication and quick replies. was a great time.

my family and I had a great time at Laura’s place. the staff was always available, cleanning was every day available as well and all appliances worked perfectly despite been ocean front, which requires lots of maintenance to keep everything working and that’s the case here. definitely suitable for a family or group of friends.

Very nice apartment, with a beautiful view, well located and everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Great condo and perfect location! All of the staff at El Taj were very friendly and super helpful. We walked everywhere! Lots of shopping, great restaurants and activities nearby. Previous reviews I read didn’t like the restaurant on site, but we had breakfast there and thought it was fine. *The only downside is the beach in front of the condo is not really usable. There are boats docked there, and the water looks murky. It is an easy walk to the public beaches, or numerous beach clubs nearby. The pool area is great too!!! To us this was minor inconvenience, and would not deter us from coming back.

Posh accommodations, helpful staff, perfect location. My family of all ages had a lot of fun. My young children loved the pool, and my teenagers enjoyed the night life. Very delicious restaurants off of the main strip.

They place is fantastic we would stay again in a heartbeat, the staff was awesome. The views are beautiful, we were there for all the seaweed, but you can’t control things like that! Location was great!

This suite is AMAZING! It's waterfront, the views are incredible, the inside is perfect, clean, everything works as it should, the living room and 2 of the bedrooms have amazing water views from the beds. The bathrooms are very nice, modern, clean. It was one of the nicest places our family has ever stayed. And as for the hotel itself, it's a beautiful boutique hotel that is literally just one block from the main town. So, you can easily walk to all of the restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and shops. It's also on the beach, so you have the best of all worlds. If you walk along the beach in either direction, you can go to beach clubs/restaurants, which are also just a few minutes walk. You can also rent wave runners or hire parasailing within a few minutes walk along the beach. The checkin was easy, the hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The waiters and bartenders at the beachfront restaurant/bar are super nice, attentive, and provide EXCELLENT service. This is a great hotel for a family that wants to stay together in one suite rather than in separate rooms. Our family has 4 kids (11, 17, and 2 who are 18). Everyone loved it. The 17 and 18 year olds were thrilled that they could go out clubbing at night without us and feel safe, because the clubs are literally just 1 block from the hotel. Thus, they got to have some time away from us and enjoy themselves. But we also had a blast being together during the daytime at a nearby beach club called INTI Beach, which was beautiful and had great food and service. The restaurant/bar at our hotel also was super nice, with comfortable lounge chairs and tables on the beach and excellent service. Finally, the hosts are very nice, and they respond to questions qjuickly and thoroughly. They are very helpful in every way. I highly recommend these hosts, this suite, and this hotel!

The place was exactly as described. Beautiful views, very clean, and the service was friendly and very attentive. I would highly recommend this unit.
