The house is super nice, the garden and pool are incredible, the bedrooms are good, and the location is in a safe subdivision, south of downtown Cuernavaca. My only recommendation would be A/C or fans in the living room of the house because the heat does get concentrated, but Luis was definitely very nice, as was Geli. I would stay at this house again.

Our stay in the house was wonderful. It is very comfortable and beautiful. Better than in the photos! Both Luis and Geli were always friendly and helpful before and during our stay. Everything was very clean and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Everything is very good: the house, the garden, the lawn, the kitchen, the barbecue, etc. We had a great time. We watched World Cup games, had a swimming pool, a barbecue, and everything went smoothly.

Their garden is beautiful, and you can see the care with which they treat the property. Very well cared for by Geli, the house caretaker – she's super friendly. If you have the opportunity to use the additional cooking service – do it! – you will find proactive, clean people with excellent seasoning. There is room for 4 parked cars, and we were given the option to recharge an electric car at an additional cost – an extra that is appreciated for this type of car. If you are considering this house for your vacation with family or friends... don't think twice, this is it!

I rented it to go to a wedding very close to the house, so we didn't spend much time there the first few days, but during the time we were there, everything was perfect—the pool area, the bathrooms, the air conditioners, the bedrooms—everything was great. Geli, who takes care of the place and lets you in, is a very nice person; she is always helpful. As I mentioned, we went to a wedding and arrived late at night, but he always let us in and responded quickly. I really appreciate the privacy you gave us. Overall, a great house. I highly recommend it for a long weekend or a regular weekend.

The house is much nicer in person than in the photos. It is very comfortable to spend the day in the pool because it has a very well-equipped terrace to be able to eat there. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Luis offers a support service, Mrs. Ricarda cooks delicious food and helped us with the cleaning. The 4 cars we were in entered without any problem. The only detail that I consider to mention as constructive criticism is that we would have liked the pool heating to be included in the cost, I think that although it was already a hot season, the pool water felt a little cold, except that in general everything was very comfortable and pleasant, we would visit them again.

We had an excellent family stay. The house is better than in the photos, the pool is large, the kitchen, living room and dining room are very functional, and the same outside in the grill area. Ramiro and Angelina are always aware of what is needed and helped us a lot with the cleanliness of the house. Communication with Luis was excellent. The weather was cloudy and still the pool is lukewarm! As for location, everything is super close, there are coconuts and shops, the center of the municipality is about a 5-minute drive away! Luis's house is an extraordinary option in Cuernavaca. I have stayed at several Airbnbs in the city, and this is the one I liked the most. The pool is very large, although if you go with small children the pool is 1.60 couple. The house is much better than the photos in the listing. Recommended to arrive during the day because the street is very dark and it is difficult to locate the number. Since there is a grille to enter the street and you must get off the car to locate the number.

The house is great in every aspect, wider and in better condition compared to the photos. Very well preserved and equipped, it looks new. I went with a large group and felt very comfortable and with a lot of privacy inside each room because each one has a bathroom. A great plus is the permanent assistance of the butler of the house who lives in a separate cottage. I will definitely be back!
