We have the absolute best stay at Casa Ventana. The house manager arranged airport transport and golf carts that were there upon arrival. We were allowed to check-in early since we had an early morning flight. The pictures truly do not do the home justice, it is way better in person! The home is perfectly situated on the quiet north end of Sayulita, but an easy cart ride into town. The home is even walkable to town if you don't mind climbing a hill to get back home. We felt safe, secure and absolutely amazing. We will be back!

Excellent place to stay. The house is very large, the area is excellent and very quiet, and the house is surrounded by nature.

Our stay was frictionless from the beginning. Lucero, our local hostess, met us upon arrival and walked us thru the house and all the details about the property we needed to know. ( Lucero was amazing! We messaged back and forth In the weeks leading up to the trip and she was able to help me arrange a golf cart, excursions and local recommendations. Cannot speak more highly of Lucero- thank you!) The rooms are all very nice and comfortable. Air conditioning in each room, some rooms get colder than others based on the size of the room, as would be expected. It was very hot outside and we spent more time in our rooms on the afternoon as a result. Of note, this is an open air home. Beautiful and scenic and comfortable and well appointed but the common areas are open air so just be aware. It’s actually very fun and really adds to the beauty of the experience but others found it just too hot. Pool area is amazing. Outdoor kitchen. Entertain. Lush gardens. We had such a wonderful stay in Sayulita. That house was so unique and beautiful and we enjoyed how open it was! We appreciated Margreet and Lucero’s communication both before and throughout the trip. We will be back!

Gorgeous home in the perfect location!

This lovely house far exceeded our expectations- much bigger than photos imply. Great location on the quiet end of town, but a lovely 10-15 min walk along the beach to the town centre….and a magical beach bar just a few minutes walk to the north for sundowners

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Our stay at Margreet’s home in Sayulita was among the top family vacations we have ever had. I cannot begin to to describe how special this home is; the peacefulness, the beautiful decor, the numerous perfect spaces to spend time as a family or to have space and privacy as a couple or individual, including the incredible open air living room, the dining room with a massive copper table, the salt water pool surrounded by the most beautiful jungle garden full of multiple different types of palm trees and flowering plants, with outdoor couch, tables, and multiple deck spaces. All of it feels very private while being only a 5 minute walk to the beach or the north end of town. Sayulita is such a unique mix of truly rustic Mexico with modern sophisticated shops and restaurants mixed with tortilla stands, food trucks, and great, authentic Mexican food (some of which can be better than some restaurants). Excellent stay, wonderful memories!!

It was a Beautiful home/treehouse for a large group. It was extremely well cared for and had everything, plus more , you needed. Lucero, the house manager was extremely friendly, and always responded within minutes , when we had any questions, and helped us immediately. It is a truly special home !

Perfect. Loved everything. It was an amazing getaway. Margreet had us picked up at the airport and we stopped at a market on the way. Lucero and Katy were waiting for us. The house is beautiful. We explored town and surfing. Great restaurants, food, shops. I was sad to leave. Definitely coming back!! And staying longer. Recommended to all my friends!

We were a group of 12 people, three different families and this was the perfect accommodation for our trip. Lots of space to spread out with great communal areas and privacy. The pool was a great central feature for both the kids and the adults. The location is great, super close to town and everything about the house is luxury: the gardens, the views and the service provided by the house manager Lucero was outstanding!

Stoked in the place, would love to go back!

The house was the most magical setting to celebrate our friend’s birthday. Margreet was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay: check in, facilitation with transportation to/from the airport and assistance with renting a golf cart in the city were all made easy with her help. The villa itself was gorgeous and clean with a pool and view. Moments from the beach and main town, the memories made here will last us a lifetime and we have so much gratitude.

Absolute beautiful home, cannot wait to return with my family

I just wanted to share that we had an absolutely amazing vacation at this location. The scenery was breathtaking. We truly enjoyed every moment and made memories that will last a lifetime. If you're ever looking for a great place to relax and unwind, I highly recommend this destination. We will definitely go back as soon as are able to do so. This place was perfect for our week vacation. 4 master bedrooms was great for our two families and with 4 kids. Pool is a great size to enjoy for everyone with sun and shade spots. Upper bedroom has one of the few true sunset views in Sayulita. House is walkable to town but having an ATV side by side was very handy. House is away from the busy city center which was always nice to come back and relax at night. The large trees that surround the place makes it feel like you have no neighbours. Highly recommend this house and Sayulita.

Wow—what an absolutely magical stay in Sayulita! This property was even more stunning than the photos could ever capture. From the lush landscaping to the beautiful saltwater pool, every detail felt like paradise. Each room was like a boutique hotel—stylish, comfortable, and perfectly curated. Although the house wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, the host, housekeepers (special shoutout to Lucero!), and overall experience more than made up for it. The level of care and attention was outstanding. The views alone had me dreaming of staying forever. I didn’t want to leave this slice of heaven, and I will 100% be back. Highly, highly recommend! Pro Tip for Future Guests: Definitely rent a golf cart and make sure there isn't even a crumb left on the counters at night (the coati's will find it!)

We had the best time at this AMAZING house and can't wait to come back. Great location, all bedrooms had their own bathroom. The house is a bit of a walk from town but we rented golf carts and it was just fine - added to the fun of the trip! Also, this is an open air house in the jungle. We loved this but if bugs and wild life are not your thing, I would choose something will walls :)

This gorgeous house provided us an exquisite outdoor indoor living experience during our Christmas vacation. Margreet and Lucia were very proactive and friendly to help us feel welcome and settle in (fridge kindly stocked with essentials by Lucia by request) The pool had the best temperature for a refreshing swim beside the outdoor kitchen. The lush Gardens are meticulously kept and you feel being in nature, looking out of each room. The ample and spacious layout of this estate, made it easy to travel with five adults who seek sometimes a little alone time. The house is tastefully designed. Everyone (five people group) said they slept very comfortably and the ceiling fans were enough during the night. We not once used the AC. The open air showers helped to keep our continuous vacation vibe. The location of the house was great for excursions (rental car). We chose to walk a few minutes for breakfast: Mazo (Hotel La Puesta) & Don Bonito. Thank you, wished we had more time FANTASTIC.

What a lovely, tranquil home. From the open air feel to the private, heated pool, this home served our 3 families perfectly. The kiddos adored the pool, the constant fluttering of butterflies all around, and the quiet ambiance of the neighborhood. Center of town was a mere 5 minutes away via golf cart, which made our journeys to and from the beach all the more fun! The house manager and cleaning staff were responsive and quite helpful. Any and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The only thing I wished it had was a direct sunset viewpoint from the main living room. Not a big deal, as our crew took margaritas to the top bedroom patio, which had a stunning view of the entire bay, but would have made this already spectacular place even more perfect. We will likely return here as both the home and Sayulita stole the hearts of our entire group.

The house was beautiful just as the pictures show. When I say we were in awe I am not over exaggerating. The house was clean rooms had stunning view. Layout of the house was perfect WiFi was great. Location was far enough from the plaza but close enough to commute with a golf cart highly recommend renting the golf cart if you plan to stay local.
