Excellent stay in Puerto Vallarta, very quiet and pleasant area, and the apartment is luxurious, with stunning views.

In general, this is an excellent place to stay. It has an incredible view of the entire Banderas Bay. It has 3 bedrooms that worked very well for our stay (6 people). We needed an extra shower for more convenience and privacy for each couple to get ready and wash up. The "blue" pool was spectacular. The "green" pool is still under renovation. The 7th floor of the south tower is under renovation, and on weekdays you can hear a lot of noise from the pool. You can also hear a lot of noise from the freight trucks that pass by constantly. However, the location is very good, as there are restaurants and a wide variety of nightlife just 5 minutes away by Uber. Overall a very good place

The location is excellent and each space is very well cared for. It was definitely an amazing stay; we enjoyed every moment. We recommend it 100% and would gladly stay again. We had a wonderful time at this property! Balcony is great with amazing views. We never walked down the mountain to town as Uber’s only cost a few dollars and are very responsive from this location. Everything you could want is close by and the pool is awesome. Would rent again!

We had a great stay at this unit. The views were absolutely incredible, especially the sunsets, and the amenities made our stay very comfortable. The host was also excellent with communication and was responsive throughout our trip. The apartment building is located on a hill, so I would definitely recommend having a rental car or another reliable mode of transportation. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, making it a convenient location. The only minor downside was the parking garage. Access could be a bit inconsistent—sometimes security would open the gate right away, while other times we’d have to wait or drive back to the front entrance and park outside. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s something future guests should be aware of. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Beautiful property with great amenities and stunning hilltop views—just a heads up that you’ll likely want to use Uber due to the steep location. The pool is currently under construction and the penthouse is being remodeled, which also affects the entrance area for safety, so it feels a bit like a work-in-progress at the moment. Check-in is a bit more detailed due to added security measures, but the staff are friendly and helpful throughout the process. Overall, still a great stay, and I’d happily return once the pool is back open and everything is finished!

Beautiful place to stay! The road up to the condo was winding but worth it! The pools and gym were great, always clean. And the staff were all polite and nice.

I want to thank our concierge for all her attention, she was very kind, her responses to my requests were quick, she helped me recover some forgotten items in the apartment, a special recognition to Yane for her attention, the only issue I would like to mention is the reception staff, the guards and the ladies who are at the reception are not at all friendly and have zero attention to guests, they need to be more friendly and helpful, like the simple fact of helping us to ask for a taxi, other than that everything else was excellent, cleanliness, the amazing place and a concierge like Yane made our vacation easier and more beautiful

It's one of the best Airbnbs I've been to, a breathtaking view, the apartment was very clean and every day they cleaned, the pools were the best and in general 10 out of 10, we will definitely return

Amazing views of the bay of banderas. Great building with two beautiful pools. We often had the entire pool just to ourselves. Not super walkable due to the steep hills but very easy and cheap to take an Uber or taxi ride downtown. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is a spectacular property with an unparalleled view. Reps from Alila and the people who work on site are kind and gracious, so welcoming that we felt at home. This condo is perched up on a hillside and the road up is steep, we rented a car and were glad that we did! The pools are lovely, our favorite was the green pool. Glad to have chosen this Condo. Host was super welcoming and made sure all concerns were addressed and resolved. The views from this place were amazing and would definitely recommend to those who like taking pictures. I would choose this place again 100% over any hotel !

Amazing view, huge place. I’d stay again. It is on top of a mountain and walking to/from zona romantica is a challenge as the incline is very steep, if you have mobility issues, might not be for you.

Avalon was a beautiful, well maintained property. The two pools are quiet and ginormous. Demaris (manager) was very sweet, welcoming and showed us around upon arrival. Few things that I’d note for those looking to stay. The property is in the mountains and NOT walkable to Zona Romantica. You’ll need to take Ubers everywhere. The gym has great equipment but needs more signage (don’t drop weights security will pay you a visit). Condo: suggest owner move to using the code lock not the keys hard to keep track. a/c in living room/kitchen was not able to keep up. There was no hand soap provided or paper towels provided. Would suggest offering tumblers/plastic cups for pool. Uber eats will deliver groceries and food, but you’ll have to get ice yourself. If you’re looking for quiet seclusion from the liveliness of PV this is the place. If you want to be able to walk to dinner, bars, shops reconsider this location. Otherwise clean, amazing views, kind property staff.

Location is great if you want to stay near the zona romantica but also away from the busy night life. The house was just as described. Felt it was in a safe location. Front staff were very nice and very up to date on who should be in the property. The cleaning crew was spot on. we definitely enjoyed our stay.
