We really enjoyed our stay at German’s houses. Our group of 16 was comfortably accommodated, and he was kind enough to provide an inflatable mattress for the kids. German was very responsive and clear in all of his communications, which made the experience smooth and pleasant. The houses were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the amenities together. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, which had plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils for our large group. We highly recommend these houses to anyone visiting the area, particularly if you’re traveling with a large party.

Thanks German and Maria, the best house in Loreto near downtown Loreto, with a pool. As there were 14 of us, we rented the three houses, one, two and three bedrooms. Excellent decision when choosing the house

The whole family enjoyed the house. We occupied the 3 units and all three were very comfortable. There was a small incident and it was handled very quickly and efficiently. The house is almost new, as well as all the furniture. Due to the time of year we did not enjoy the pool, but everyone wants to return in the summer!!

We had a great time at the house, it is perfect for a large group to live together and at the same time allows each family to have their own space. Being a bit out of the center guarantees a lot of tranquility, and all the attractions of Loreto are very close. Communication is excellent and fast, and we received good recommendations too!

This is a great private compound. The 3 units were perfectly furnished for our families, the 11 of us were very comfortable. Felt very safe. Only 5 minute drive to town and we walked to town once, 20 minutes. The pool is perfect for the heat and the kids. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to our needs. One unit has 1 bedroom, another 2 and the third 3 bedrooms. All with own bathroom, kitchen and living room. I would stay again. Enough room to park 2 cars inside the compound.

It fits 4 medium-sized cars. It has privacy. Super comfortable! You have good air conditioning and very nice kitchens with a large refrigerator in each room set. We were super satisfied!!
