Best beach in Vallarta to stay!!! Great condo with all needed amenities. Thank you!!

Excellent in every way.

Wow. If you’re looking for a secluded beach vacation, this is it. The unit is located next to the W resort but the beach is not crowded at all. Gorgeous views from the unit and nice accommodations. There is housekeeping and cooking service from 9-3 daily by a very gracious staff. Meals were delicious and it’s so nice to not have to worry about cooking and cleaning during the day. The unit is far from town or a grocery store but the host can have groceries delivered for you. This was a nice service. There is also a small store a short walk where you can get items like coffee and wine. I would stay here again.

Wonderful location, beautiful unit, cleaner than a five star hotel.

this is the 2nd year we have stayed here - comfortable and beautiful location/setting. watching sunset over the sea every evening from the huge patio. Xotchitl, the chef, and her help Carmen, were, as last year, lovely to have around and always making delicious food. If there is one criticism it is that the furniture needs updating - especially in the lounge and especially patio. Overall, though, this is probably the best deal in the beautiful Los Veneros resort. We enjoyed our stay and return home refreshed to deal with our long cold winter.

Very good place and super well cared for by Xóchitl and Kenya who support you with food. Always very responsive with extra medicine support. The vdd is excellent stay. Highly recommended

The condominium is even better than in the pictures, it is a very quiet place since our stay was during the week, excellent for relaxing. The beach is beautiful, I could say the best in the area.

the place is in a beautiful setting - the chef and housekeeper - Xotchitl and Pamela and sweethearts and the food was great. The only criticism is the furniture is tired and a bit shabby and the beds could be more comfortable - but overall a very enjoyable experience.

A wonderful stay! The condo is spacious and super clean. Great view of the ocean from the living area and expansive deck. The beach is so nice—great for walking, swimming and lounging. The pools are warm. It is super easy to walk to the W either from the sand or directly from within the resort. Xochitl is wonderful—we really enjoyed her cooking and help!! We also arranged a couple great dinners in the condo from chef Javi. Bring cash to pay for ingredients & a shopping/service fee for the meals. We also needed cash or pesos for a few car rides we arranged. There is not an ATM on the property. We loved our time here and hope to come back again!!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Ricardo's and Regina's Airbnb. Thank you Regina for being so quick to respond to all my questions! The location of the condo was great, we felt very safe and loved the view from the balcony. The beach and the pools were so amazing and relaxing and very close to the W Hotel. Xochitl and Coco were so kind, they kept the condo clean and the food that they prepared for us each day was absolutely delicious and it was nice to be able to come back to the condo with fresh food waiting for us after being in the sun, beach and pool during the day. We would love to come back and book with you again!

Everything is just right, just like you can see in the pictures, spectacular. Excelente servicio y experiencia. Muy cómodo el acceso a las albercas, a la playa, los restaurantes del Hotel W, muy cómodo y recomendable. This is exactly as shown in pictures…awesome! Great service overall, easy access an short walk to pools and the beach, and quick walk too to the W hotel restaurants. Highly recommend.

Amazing location and accommodations. It was our first family vacation in almost a year, with a 5-year-old and 1-year-old. This property did not disappoint, with a wonderful view, great pools and beachfront location. We’ll be back!

This condo is fully equipped to host a family. We loved the views of the pools and beach. Getting up early to watch the whales play in the ocean was the cherry on top which all could be seen from the balcony. We will be back for sure. Regina is quick with email replies and Xóchitl keeps this condo super clean. This is coming from someone who is very picky and loves to clean her own house. I was impressed!

Regina and Ricardo have a special place in Punta Mita. Xochitl was lovely and is an excellent cook. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and pools, as well as surfing at La Lancha and other places. The apartment was clean and comfortable with every possible kitchen appliance you would need. Breath-taking views of the beach and surroundings from the large patio deck. We relaxed on the patio reading books in the morning and enjoyed cocktails in the evening while watching the sunset. Regina was very quick to answer any questions that arose. Los Veneros is an easy drive from the airport in Puerto Vallarta. It is a safe gated community with all the luxuries you would want for a relaxing vacation. Xochitl worked around our time schedule to accommodate our fluctuating lunch and breakfast times. We hope to return. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay and enjoy the beach.

Ricardo’s place is perfect for a retreat by the ocean near Punta Mita and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking to check all the boxes... clean, safe, luxurious, amazing view, great beach, good services, spacious, and a great value. Regina was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Xochitl and Pamela prepared amazing meals and kept the condo sparkling clean. I would recommend a car if you want to leave the property for excursions. We hope to visit again soon!

Ricardo / Regina are incredible. They were very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities our five night stay. The neighborhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distances. However, it was very quiet when you were in the loft. The apartment was walking distance to the best beach ever and it was close to many surrounding cities with a lot of attractions. Don’t miss the Marieta Islands! This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Punta de Mita.

We had an incredible trip at Los Veneros. The place was a great location, and had all of the amenities we needed. We were well taken care of. Xochil was a great cook and we enjoyed her meals. The service at the beach and pool were also fantastic. We will definitely go back to Los Veneros.

Los Veneros is a fantastic and beautiful place to visit. Ricardo's place is very spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The entire resort feels very safe and secure. One of the best parts was the location and views. Being able to walk right down to the pools and beach was so nice. Easy drives to Punta Mita (15 min) and Sayulita (25 min) if you want to explore a bit more of the area. A perfect place for a couple of families to relax and enjoy! We would love to come back again. Los Veneros is a wonderful place!! I highly recommend it, Ricardo's apartment is in excellent condition as reflected in the photos. He was always attentive to communications and his assistant was always on the lookout for what we needed, he even arranged a dinner with a chef and helped us have the cake ready to celebrate a birthday. The photos of the complex stay short as the place is beautiful, not just the apartment, the pools and the beach are dreamy.

Excellent place to vacation. We went as a family with children and we all enjoyed it. The pool area is very nice.

Fantastic condo and is exactly how the pictures show. There is really only one true master suite as the other room with double bed shares a bathroom with the other room that has the single beds. This condo is really only for 8 people as there are only three bathrooms. The property itself is beautiful and the beach is great for boogie boarding and surfing as well as beach volleyball and soccer. You can also take a long walks along the beach. We felt extremely safe on property with security gates at entrance of property, within the condo complex as well as on the beach. Also a lifeguard on beach. Right next to WHotel which is very nice but super expensive. Fantastic car service that we used right at the WHotel entrance that took us to and from airport, on excursions and for groceries etc. You definitely need to use this car service or rent a car to get anywhere.

Ricardo is a great host and very responsive. His home is superb. The pictures on the web site cannot do it justice. It came with everything a family of 6 needed for a great vacation. The condo is located in a quiet family friendly complex with easy access to a beautiful sandy beach and several pools. We were able to rent boogie, standing and surf boards right there on the beach. And the shared environment with the hotel just next door gave us easy access to great restaurants. We will definitely come back!!!

We really enjoyed Ricardo's place. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for family or friends. The location is privileged, and the beach and pools are perfect! The service that Ricardo includes is very good, since you don't have to worry about anything other than enjoying yourself... I would definitely return to the place. We had a wonderful time! Great location, condo is in great shape, amenities were as described. Good touch including bath amenities similar to hotel. Staff was really helpful! I will recommend Ricardo's place for future stays.

We absolutely loved staying here, and wish we could have stayed longer!! The place was very big! and everyone felt very comfortable. The beach was perfect as well. I would have loved to have access to the "W" hotel hot tub or would have loved to have hot tubs on Veneros side but other than that it was great! Definitely coming back.

We love visiting Los Veneros, the beach is spectacular. We love how well integrated the condos are with the W hotel. pool service is excellent. Only negative is the back rooms of the unit are a little musty, just the way the buildings are designed.

The photos can't do this place justice. It was great, especially for a big group! Special thanks to Xochitl & co that helped cook and clean.

Amazing place, great views (we watched whales from the terrace!), location is unbeatable. Service ladies are really nice and helpful. The beach is clean, and perfect to swim. Ricardo was always available for any requests or questions.

Mirror apartment within a luxury complex,with world-class service! The apartment is beautiful, with everything you need, right in front of a beautiful beach and within a high-end complex, with several pools, sun loungers and very well-kept garden. We were a group of 7 friends for 4 days, and we had a great time. We didn't match the owner, Ricardo, but he answered us everything by mobile very quickly and attentively. What we certainly felt more specific was the service included. Xochitl, in addition to having the floor always fixed, prepared us breakfasts and requisite Mexican meals (taking care of what we asked for), made the purchase, helped us to take cheaper and safer taxis and even fixed one of our friends' suit shorts! A luxury, which undoubtedly contributed a lot to make our vacation perfect! We also liked surfing in the beach and being able to rent in material at the W hotel next door, all very comfortable.

Excellent apartment with amazing views. It is much larger than perceived in the pictures. The hospitality provided is outstanding, very secure and spotless. The kitchen is huge as well as the master bedroom. It is very comfortable as well and the pool you can use is the biggest one in the complex. Will stay again, no doubt.

Of the countless options that our cities offer, choose Ricardo's unit for its location, ideal for resting, enjoying the family in world-class facilities, a fairly spacious unit, super clean and with one of the best beaches in Punta de Mita, ideal for surfing and enjoying the spaciousness of the beach. It is the ideal place for a quiet family vacation, resting, living together, sun, surfing, sunsets, finally, a Paradise in my paradise.

This villa is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view of Banderas Bay and the beach. The amenities are nice and it is very spacious, great indoor/outdoor living. Ricardo was easy to work with and very responsive.

This is an incredible property in an incredible location. Los Veneros is a high end smallish condo complex in one of the most beautiful beaches in the Punta Mita area. The apartment is incredibly furnished and equipped and the service (cleaning and cooking) is amazing for a beach family vacation The photos dont do justice to the space as its very large and comfortable. The complex has 2 pools with a great size and they dont feel crowded even in high season. The apartment comfortably sleeps 10 and is good for families all the way to old teenagers and young adults. The beach is amazing and you can take long walks and swim in the ocean. Ricardo was attentive and responsive before during and after the trip and we had no trouble of any kind. He has a great team that has been with him for quite some time so everything works well. The view is beautiful and you can spend the afternoon in your private terrace overlooking the ocean and even seeing whales in the distance I would highly recommend this property for anybody looking for a high end stay in the Punta Mita area. Kitchen is fully equipped, Internet and AC works great and quality of furnishings, linens etc is top notch. Do note that the complex is a bit secluded and remote so beyond exercise type walking or running you do need car/taxi to go to civilization/grocerires etc. Ricardo facilitates this if needed by having service bring in goodies as needed but its not easy to just walk to the store accross road and buy stuff. This was not a problem for us but good to know. A 5-10 min ride takes you to la Cruz/Bucerias or tu Punta Mita town where you have several shopping and dining options. Complex is right next to the new W hotel which is also a pleasant property and you can go and have dinner or drinks there thought it can be expensive. Its a small high end W so you do not feel crowded or overwhelmed whatsoever. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I can wait to book a follow up trip in the near future.
