Our group of 4 adults and 4 children had an amazing time at Isaac's place. The condo was exactly as described, the pool was great (especially the heated side!), and Isaac was very responsive to the few questions we had during our stay. I could not recommend it more.

Incredible! Excellent property. We stayed at Playacar with my family of 5 (my wife and 3 young kids). So comfortable, clean, very well equipped, with all you need to have a great stay. Private parking lot which is very useful if you use Playa as a home base to go to other attractions in Riviera Maya by car. Beach at walking distance. Isaac is such a great host, responsive and generous. Beautiful and unforgettable family vacation.

Isaac's stay is very comfortable, you feel at home , it has everything you need , cleaning at 100, comfortable beds, kitchen with everything you need to prepare your seats, it offers a laundry center, my recommendation is to read the manual since there it has all the information you need . Thank you for the details of the chocolates and the bottle of wine . We would return without a doubt.

Amazing place! We had the best time, we were a group of 9 and had enough space… The place is very clean, the perfect location to move around within Playa del Carmen, convenience stores nearby, convenience stores nearby, clean sheets, the house in general clean and you found everything to have an excellent stay… My recommendation to use Maps as indicated by Isaac, since other browsers like Maps or Waze send you to the other side of Playacar Isaac had the delicacy to leave us a couple of details that made our experience even better The pool of the place is highly recommended, the common areas of the Condominium excellent I would definitely come back!

The place is beautiful Isaac and Mr. Petite was always very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very spacious , the pool is huge , everything is very clean , very nice. I hope to be able to return soon to all of us. We were 8 adults and 2 children and we felt super comfortable, a very safe and very nice subdivision and the apartment is super spacious and very good location and the super good price for all the amenities offered by the Excellent place ! We had a wonderful stay. The area is extremely safe and Isaac answered all questions promptly. We will definitely keep this home as a option for our next trip back to Playa Del Carmen.

The apartment is very nice, the photos were not fair, everything was very clean, they sent us a week before in the mail instructions to make the stay easier such as turning on the jacuzzi, oven, access, bracelets, parking, taxi service, etc., at the front desk they were super friendly and they were very supportive on one occasion we ran out of battery and I didn't know what the password was on the door, they kindly charged the cell phone they gave us recommendations to visit at Playa del carmen and every time we arrived they helped us to get down and upload suitcases, the pool is very nice. They are very busy. We are very happy to come back again! Reception, apartment, common area and host of 10.

really spacious flat, the rooftop is a gem!

What a gem! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here! A clear and flexible check-in procedure made our late night arrival a breeze. (Make sure that you are using G-oogle maps for your navigation to the condo. Apple maps and other options will take you to the wrong development within Playacar.) The condo was well appointed and as described. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area and relaxing on both the balcony and roof top areas. Isaac and Petite were both helpful, kind and responsive hosts. At Isaac's recommendation, we hired Daveed's chef services for some of our stay - this was a true highlight of our trip! We did a family cooking class in the condo and then had them return for another evening of AMAZING food and fun company! The convenience of an Oxxo across the street was nice and you MUST visit La Brioche every morning for a wonderful breakfast or baked goods to go! All in all, this is a nice property in a beautiful location with a great management team! Book with confidence!

It was a wonderful space and location. We had a bit of trouble finding the location upon arrival but when we contacted them they were extremely helpful. They met us where we were and drove us to the building and helped us get in. Although a bit of a rocky start the rest of the week was perfect. We look forward to visiting again!

Isaac’s place was amazing! A group of friends rented it for the new year and it is a gorgeous condo. The design was beautiful, apartment complex safe and private, and had so many great amenities. We loved the jacuzzi, grill, and outdoor dining table on the sun deck. It was great!

We had a great stay, stayed with our family total of 10 people, the host was great, the house was great.

As soon as we walked in my family was asking if we could extend our vacation! Cleanliness is very important to me and this place checked every box. The host was super attentive and responded in a timely manner. Highly recommended that you use Google maps and not Apple maps as it will direct you to the wrong building in the complex (we learned the hard way). Awesome place! Hope to return

I highly recommend staying at Isaac’s place! It is such a comfortable and relaxing space! I loved spending the morning on the balcony and of course the pool and jacuzzi! Isaac is super responsive and very helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

Isaac was phenomenal! Super responsive and detail oriented. I normally stay at all inclusive resorts but wanted the freedom and option to explore Playa del Carmen/Cancun, etc. so I went the Airbnb route on this trip. I asked Isaac a TON of questions and he was honest and transparent in answering my questions. I rented a car (at the airport) after asking for his input and that was the BEST decision!!!! We had the freedom to travel and really explore the area. Playa felt like home, the community is not overly touristy and feels welcoming. Cancun was beautiful but felt extremely touristy - we were content with only doing the day trip to Cancun and we made sure we made it back before dark (personal preference lol) - The condo was very clean, spacious, in a great location and met all of our needs.

Great location, very safe, walking distance from the city center. The penthouse is clean and the property has great amenities (gym, pool, cafes and restaurants walking distance) . Isaac and Petite were both quick to respond and provided great recommendations for our trip. Would highly recommend for anyone making to the trip to Playa del Carmen

We loved staying at this condo! Wonderful pool and community. Our kids had a blast in the warmer and shallower portions of the pool. We also loved the large patio and roof-top area. The condo was clean and well cared for and met all of our family’s needs. Having three bedrooms and three full bathrooms was great and we also enjoyed the large table and comfortable living area. Playacar was a wonderful place and we loved being able to explore the area by foot. It was so nice to have a convenience store, coffee shop/bakery, Italian restaurant/bar, and an ice cream shop right across the street. We also found the walk into downtown Playa Del Carmen to be a nice walk too. Excellent stay and we hope to be back again some day!

Great place for a family trip. The apartment has everything you may need, the host was very friendly and responded quickly to fix any issues we had. Definitely enough space for everyone. The heated pool was absolutely wonderful to have, specially at night, when the sun went down. Only con was the ability to get taxis. The front desk was never able to call us any, saying they were not available. So sometimes we could catch one on the street, and sometimes we had to walk all the way to the beach or town. (Not that far, but with little kids it wasn’t easy) Not the hosts fault, obviously, but just a heads up, if you’re traveling with kids.

Great place. SO nice to have two outdoor spaces. We loved the rooftop and the hot tub. Beautiful unit and very nice complex. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds are very well kept. You can't get a safer neighborhood in Mexico. Highly recommended.

Isaac's place is wonderful. Its located in a very convenient location(15 mins walk to 5th ave) and has all the amenities you need, pools, jacuzzi, lovely terrace to chill and ample and comfy bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was ideal for us being spacious, well equipped and in a lovely complex. Really comfortable beds and very peaceful in the apartment so we feel well rested. Lovely to have full bathroom for each bedroom and the added pluses of the balcony and roof terrace. Pool was lovely and set in a lush garden. Fantastic ice cream shop minutes away plus a friendly bakery for breakfasts. We also loved Lara and Luka about 10 mins walk away. We had a lovely, happy week and were so pleased we had chosen this great place to stay. Thank you Isaac and Petite.

We loved everything about this penthouse, located in a great area. It’s easy to get lost if you get there at night, so don’t hesitate to stop and ask for directions!

Isaacs place is wonderful, you are at the center of everything but at the same time you are secluded and in a peaceful area. The condo is just great, you have everything you need to feel comfortable and at home.

We had an excellent time in Isaac place, pictures and description are very accurate, perfect location, specially if you plan to visit the Xparks, place is quiet and the complex is family friendly. We really enjoy the Mama Mia Italian restaurant and the gelato place just steps away across the complex. We’ll definitely stay there again!

We were 8 people and we were super comfortable, never felt crowded or on top of each other. Many spaces to enjoy, mine, in particular, was the little terrace, having a cold beer and grilling a good steak for dinner, or drinking coffee in the morning while listening to the many birds that call this place home. My two kids and their friend could not get enough of the night dips in the pool and the jacuzzi. This is our fourth trip to Playacar and would rate Isaac’s place the nicest by far. The place was impeccable, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all that Playa has to offer. Although Isaac was away while we were there, Petite offered great client service by being very attentive, diligent, and super nice! These two are just amazing hosts... Large space for 7 people, with 3 rooms, balcony and terrace. Each room had its own bathroom. We were greeted by a bottle of wine and chocolates which was a really thoughtful touch. I messages Isaac a few times during my stay and his responses were prompt and helpful

Everything incredible with an ideal location, the super quiet and super-central area of all the parks, we don't have any bad comments or complaints. Everything was perfect, better than we expected, definitely super recommended

Very beutiful and spacious apartment. Clean, quiet and safe area. Quite big pools and often we were the only ones there. Isaac replied very quickly to our questions and helped with local tips. We used the beach of The Reef hotel, you should be early there to get access (went 9.30ish). 10min walk to get out from Playacar, bikes would be nice, we rented them. Taxes are pricey compared to other parts of Mexico, 150 pesos to playa del Carmen centre, 100 inside the playacar area. 250 to xcaret. Oxxo is close, big supermarket are outside Playacar. We would certainly come again to stay in this apartment!! We were two adults with kids 12 and 14 yrs.

Very nice apartment in a quiet residence, ideally located. We really enjoyed the decoration, the beautiful communal pool and the configuration of the apartment very convenient with its bedrooms with an entire bathroom. Cleanliness is also at the rendezvous which is much appreciated . Complex closed where you feel safe at home.

Highly recommended, we use the jacuzzi, the barbecue. Very complete and equipped accommodation, very safe and the attention of the security personnel, attentive and kind. Isaac is a great host, responds in a timely manner.

We were a big group and booked both of his penthouse condos. Isaac has thought of everything one would ever need in an apartment while on vacation. Washing machine, dryer, iron, and beach towels included.

We had a great time here. The place is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, hang out, and have a good time. The hot tub on the roof is a nice place to relax at the end of the day. The place has 3 suites which isn’t immediately obvious in the photos so that was really nice to find when we got there. Overall if you are staying in the Playa del Carmen area or using it as a launch pad to the other attractions in the area, this is a really convenient, safe, and comfortable place to stay and enjoy.
