We had a couple mishaps with the house which I reported right away and Julio and his team were completely responsive right away and great to work with and understanding! The house was amazing and completely private and secure with friendly staff at the guard shack. we would definitely book with his houses again! This place is amazing if your looking for easy access to the beach and private relaxation in San Carlos! The house had literally everything we could've needed and spacious so you didn't feel cramped at all! I highly recommend coming here will definitely keep this place saved for future stays!

The listing doesn't do this home justice—it is even more impressive in person. The house is spacious, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable, with more amenities than we could have asked for. The hosts were outstanding. They patiently answered every question we had and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. The location is another huge advantage. It's conveniently close to a private beach to the west, Playa Algodones to the north, and only a short drive to Playa Delfín to the south, making it easy to enjoy several trips to the beaches during our trip. As a bonus, the on-site security guard was incredibly friendly and even connected us with a local fisherman, which made our experience even more memorable. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be returning next summer. Highly recommended!

The house has a ton of space, a gorgeous pool equipped with everything you need, and easy beach access. We stayed at Casa Regina in the summer of 2025. Kids and grown ups had a super relaxing and fun time. We would definitely come back here next time. This is the place to stay in San Carlos.

A very spacious, comfortable house with all the amenities we needed. We were four families with babies and we all enjoyed it. The great thing is that the beach is just a few steps away and we had it almost just to ourselves. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay was excellent, the house is super big and very clean, each room has its own bathroom, it has everything you need to stay on the beach, you can see the Tetakawi hill from the pool, the hosts were very attentive and understanding, we had the option to check out late at an extra cost to enjoy the afternoon more, only the shelves of the freezer are loose so you have to be careful when placing and removing things from the freezer, of course we would stay in this super nice house again!

It was definitely the cleanest Airbnb we ever stayed in. The cleanliness was truly outstanding. The house has a tasteful decor and is totally new. The rooms, stay and kitchen are very spacious. The beach is a few minutes walk away and the cart they have to take things very helpful. We would have loved to have a charcoal grill, but the one they have gas meets their function. Highly recommended, we had an excellent time with my family. Undoubtedly we would stay at Julio and Anahi's house again.

Excellent house, although it does not have a beach view it is very close, you can walk, they even have a cart to carry things. The size of the rooms is great and the bathrooms super clean. I 100% recommend this house. If you're hesitating, look no further! You're really not going to regret it has everything you need.

Our first trip to San Carlos was absolutely amazing—we fell in love right away! The drive from Phoenix was smooth and safe. The house was incredible. We loved the spacious layout and the ample dining seating, both indoors and outdoors. The views were breathtaking, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the cookware to the beach chairs and umbrella, all packed and ready to go. The small table for kids was a perfect touch for families. Each room having its own bathroom was super convenient, and the second living space upstairs was perfect for our teenagers. The wrap-around porch with hammocks was the cherry on top. Plus, you're just minutes from Playa Algodones, where you can rent banana boats or jet skis. And the views of Tetakawi Mountain from the house are simply stunning.

The location of Julio's house is incredible; a private neighborhood with tennis courts, a swimming pool, an exclusive beach, and the unforgettable sunsets that San Carlos offers. That area in particular gives us the sunset. The house is fully furnished and has all the facilities and amenities that are advertised. The pool is a bit cold, but it doesn't matter during the day with the characteristic Sonoran heat. Everything in the house is new and modern. The TV is huge, and outside the common area is fully equipped with a barbecue, tables, a cooler, etc. My family and I were very happy.
