We had great time at Las Palomas Condo. This is our second time to Puerto peñasco and this condo was amazing compare to the one that we visited last time. The rooms are very nice and clean, views are amazing (can see sunrise from last room or balcony), nice ocean views from master bedroom and living room, pools are great and it is very safe place to stay. We had a great times enjoying in different pools and beach. Actually beach was very nice to get in. Had nice soft sand, warm and manageable waves. I strongly recommend Josh and Creistina Condo.

My family and I had a great experience at this place and it was a plus to just be steps away from the pools and the beach. We had lots of fun and created lots of memories. Beutiful condo at Las Palomas Resort over looking the sea of cortez

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Rocky Point! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The host provided clear and detailed instructions for arrival, which made check-in smooth. We had a great time enjoying the property and the surrounding area. Our stay was PERFECT!!!! The condo is gorgeous in every way. The views are amazing!!!! The place is very clean and wonderfully decorated. We loved every minute of our stay! We are definitely coming back again! Josh and Christina were amazing hosts!

The home was excellent. The pictures are the same as the in-person experience. Great ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and patio. The amenities at Las Palomas resort, along with the great pool and beach, made this an unforgettable vacation. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable beach vacation in Rocky Point.

We had such a great time here. The condo itself was even better than the pictures suggested. The resort had tons of pool options and was a perfect place to stay with our young kids.

We had a wonderful time at this AirBnB! We have stayed in about 5 different AirBnB's in Las Palomas and this one is far and away the best! It is on the 9th floor and has an incredible view! The inside is just as gorgeous as the photos. My wife and I were so very comfortable and would hope to book it again on our next trip to Rocky Point.

Josh and Christina were so accommodating to our last minute trip, their home was beautiful and I only wish we could have stayed longer. Our teenage boys who came with us, loved it and had an amazing time in Puerto Peñasco. If we have an opportunity to come back we would absolutely stay here again.

Great place and hosts were super helpful. Condo is huge and one bedroom has separate entrance and space which is great for flexibility.

This is a gorgeous place with spectacular water views from their large sliding glass doors and wraparound balcony space. It is beautifully appointed and the beds are very comfortable. You will love it!!

Josh and Christina have a gem of a place. It’s phase 3 which is nice, larger units, a bit more modern and the sunset view from the 9th floor is amazing. Would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at Josh & Christina's place. It was truly beautiful. We lucked out with no construction noise; it was very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of space for our whole family. Great location with lots of restaurants near by. Easy check-in & check out, felt safe the entire time. Lots of amenities. You cannot beat that view!

Our 2nd year staying in this same unit. Such a wonderful space for a group of family or friends. Super open space with incredible wraparound patio to enjoy the views in all directions. We are already thinking about planning our next trip back here.

We had a great stay! It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The views were absolutely beautiful. Phase 3 is quiet and was perfect for our group. Close enough to the lazy river at phase 2, but a nice get away when it was time for bed. Great location and amenities, would definitely stay again!

We loved our time at this amazing condo! It’s in Las Palomas so you get the amenities of the resort but while having a large condo! The beds were comfortable, had everything we needed, easy check in and check out. Laundry room a huge plus, very clean with no clutter. The giant patio was unreal at night with sunsets and morning coffee!! Would stay here again and again. The hosts were always proactive and responsive and amazing. Highly recommend!!!

My family and I had such a great time on our vacation, and the suite really made it even better. Josh and Christina were amazing throughout the whole process everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. We did run into a couple of hiccups, but they were super helpful and quick to respond. I've tried Phase I, II and Now Phase III. This is my favorite building. Quiet, easy access and wonderful views down the coast while you watch the sunset. 3 days of escape from work, heat of Phoenix and day to day. What a great place. This place easily sleeps 6-8 with a large kitchen and open outside areas with stunning views. The beach and pool are both 3 minutes by elevator. Park your car, grab you food and put on your flip-flops. No need to drive anywhere else. Also, so nice to sit in the cabana all day with drinks, and food. Walk on the beach, work out in the gym, swim in the ocean and enjoy the sunset. Rich and Sarah.

Very nice place in Las Palomas. Great location and amenities, and friendly, responsive host.

Josh and Christina’s place was excellent! The views were incredible, and Tower 3 is definitely the spot—more private, peaceful, and way less crowded (especially with kids) compared to Towers 1 and 2. The condo itself felt brand new—everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was spotless and well-appointed. The patio was easily my favorite part; we spent a lot of time out there just soaking in the views. As a mid-30s business owner who works too much, this was the perfect escape. That said, it’d be great for families too—you can bring the kids to the quiet Tower 3 pool or head over to Towers 1 and 2 to use their amenities. Highly recommend this place, whether you're looking to relax or still want access to the action!

It was a great location for the resort to be located in phase 3 where it was more secluded from resort to have peace however still walk to phase 1 and 2 to enjoy other people around in the pool and drinks, will definitely book again!

I highly recommend to come and stay in Josh and Christina's Airbnb condo in Las Palomas. This place is amazing! Everything you want for a family vacation. The host literally 100% helpful at all times. Even on Christmas Eve I couldn't figure out the heater and someone was at my door in minutes, like wow! I loved this place and I will come back again in the summer with my family! Greatest place to stay and host is the best!

The place was beautiful. Higher floor with outstanding views. The outdoor/patio space was AMAZING and one of the highlights of staying here. This is Phase III, so there is some construction going on for the other newer buildings going in. Noise wasn't an issue, but pool area for Phase III still isn't totally running... at least not for colder times where you need heated pools/tubs. Phase I and II can be used which is just a short walk to use those pools and activities. The upside is, it is very quiet in this new building without a lot of people in this Phase using it's pools, so that was nice. The complex has numerous EV chargers that made it easy to charge our EV while we stayed here. Would definetely recommend staying here.

Love the fact that being phace 3 of the Paloma’s resort we where able to enjoy the new pools to our self.

If you’re looking for beautiful beach views and a modern living space, look no further. We were on a friends vacation and we all commented how amazing we slept in the nice cool dark rooms at night, only to wake up in the morning to enjoy coffee on the patio overlooking the beach. Josh and Christina were quick to respond to anything questions we had. Thanks you for hosting our stay!

Condo was absolutely beautiful, looked just like the pictures. Had no issues. Checkin/out was easy peasy. Outside area is very nice and large. Nice at the end of the day with a nice glass of wine. There is construction going on (as stated in description) they started at 8 and ended around 5 but was no issue. Pools at Phase 3 are very nice. Not heated. The hot tub was nice though!! We did find the pool in Phase 2 was heated but not the lazy river (was cold). We ate offsite the majority of the times at the suggested resturants the owners sent over. Mare Blu was our favorite of all places. We would definately come back to Las Palomas. Its Golf course was good. Dont know why but it looked awful (the grass etc). We ventured to Viadanta Golf Course and what a pleasant surprise that was. Was an easy drive and course absolutely beautiful. All in all a great time. Thank you to Josh and Christina for putting this beautiful condo on Airbnb!!!!

Loved the condo! It was beautiful, modern, with amazing views of the sea of Cortez! We will definitely be staying here again :)
