This home is absolutely beautiful. Loaded with charm, character and beautiful coordinated artwork. Everything in this home invites you to stay a little longer. OMG THE BEDS!!! there is not a five star hotel that could beat those beds in comfort,cleaness and size. Should we ever return Oaxaca, Mexico I know exactly where we're staying.

We loved our stay at Rene’s place!! The home itself was very posh and well designed. The beds are super comfy. AC worked great. It’s located on a busy-ish street in the north of Centro, so not exactly in the middle of the action, but it was a pleasant 10-30 min walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Rene was VERY quick to respond to any small issues we had, which we appreciated. The only negatives we faced were mosquitos in the house (which might be unavoidable at this time of year), and the floors could have been cleaned better upon our arrival. Highly recommend this place!

One of my favorite Airbnb's ever. Beautiful remodeled home. Very tastefully done with an excellent layout. Wonderful location in Jalatlaco. Around the corner from a great park. Easy walk to restaurants, coffeeshops and the Centro. And Rene was great... though we didn't really need anything. I highly recommend this place.

Great home for our extended family of 4 adults and 2 teens. We enjoyed our stay and made use of the ample common areas. Host was very responsive and promptly addressed our requests. The living room area is a little noisy at times, but the bedrooms are very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for Día de Muertos weekend and it was a great location. It is an easy walk to the templo de santo Guzman and it is also just around the corner from a park with a playground, which also happened to be along the route of the big day of the dead parade. The host was flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was very helpful when traveling with a baby!. They also provided a baby bath upon request. Home is exactly as pictured and it would be a suitable place for families since they also have a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is very comfortable and nice. The host's service is very good. A few blocks from downtown Oaxaca. Clean and practical house, the Wi-Fi works very well. We had several video conferences and everything worked great. The photos on the page are very representative of the place. There are three adult rooms and a room with two children's beds. We had a great time. Thank you very much to René and Laura.

We loved the space, we spent a few nice days with the family. A super well located house, you can walk downtown and the Jalatlaco neighborhood is beautiful. I highly recommend it and hope to come back soon!

Beautiful home! So cozy!

Wow. This house is incredible. It is a work of art in and of itself. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space, comfortable beds, coffee, mezcal and drinking water provided. The location is perfect and we walked everywhere in the city from the house. The house is very close to a lovely park that is busy and full of food and families. Rene was available for recommendations and questions as they popped up. It was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Casa Once Once was so unique and the finishes were absolutely beautiful! It was very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Our host René was quick to answer any questions that we had ahead of time and during our visit. I would definitely recommend Casa Once Once to anyone who might visit Oaxaca!

Beautiful place nested in a walkable area. Very safe and near a local park. Not overly busy though so nice for sleeping. AC worked great which was nice when we needed to rest during the mid day. The rooftop patio was great for evening mezcal drinking. Btw he provides mezcal and drinking water which is amazing. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for a sibling reunion and it was perfect! The place is spacious and well appointed. Its location is located between two of the cities major area - Reforma y el centro histórico so you have access to many restaurant and shopping opportunities. I highly recommend René’s place

What a beautiful home! It was absolutely perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Everyone had their own space to rest after a busy day. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen is stocked with any equipment you would need. Washer and dryer (new Samsung) were a blessing after 7 days of travel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids or with a group. It’s an easy walk to get to most shops/restaurants (10-15 min). Beds are super cozy and the art in the house is beautiful. We enjoyed having the option of 2 patios to sit at night. We were all sad to leave. Would recommend 10000%.

We had a great stay. Rene and Nora were very responsive, and the place was even better than it appeared in pictures. The four bedrooms worked extremely well for the seven adults (including three couples). Our Oaxaca vacation was a hit with everyone!

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s we have stayed. Amazing attention to detail. Also, the distilled water feature was a plus. A shame we had so many activities in Oaxaca and could not enjoyed the house more.

Rene was a great host. The house was immaculate ,could not have been any more happier! We went for dia de los muertos and we were walking distance from the centro! A group of 8 friends celebrating our birthdays had an amazing stay in Rene's house. We enjoyed every aspect of it. She has all the amenities you could ask for, and even more. The bedrooms are cozy, great linens, tvs in each room, and even though we had to share bathrooms, they were well stocked for the entire trip. The living room is great after a long day visiting Oaxaca, to relax, have a drink and just enjoy. The kitchen has all the equipment you need, it even has a Nespresso machine, that is not listed in the amenities. The house is a 10 minute walk to downtown Oaxaca, museums, markets and restaurants. Always felt safe walking back at night and great availability of taxis from the house. Keep in mind there are no Ubers in Oaxaca. Overall Rene's house fulfilled all our needs and will definitely stay there when visiting Oaxaca again. Thank you Rene for hosting your lovely house.

Everything was great! Perfect house, perfect area.

This place is perfectly placed between Reforma and Centro in Oaxaca City, and is right next to the major bus station which worked perfectly for us. Rene and his wife were dedicated to making sure our stay was comfortable, drinking water stocked and made sure there always was enough complimentary Mezcal.

Our group of 8, including 2 small kids, really enjoyed staying at Casa Once-Once. The location was great for walking to the Centro or Jalatlaco areas. The bedrooms were very quiet and comfortable despite how loud the streets can get. René and Laura were very responsive, especially when we ran out of filtered water. She also gave us a great recommendation for a driver to the airport. This is a great house if you have a large group!

All was good . Napkins or paper towels would have been helpful and Kleenex too. Hot water was spotty off and on.

Lovely place to stay in Oaxaca with family or friends. The rooms were comfortable, super clean, and the decor was beautiful. It was in a great location and walking distance from attractions in the city. All of my family members loved the space and had enough privacy and comfort. Highly recommend and would return if ever in Oaxaca again.

We enjoyed our two week stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. The place looked just as in the pictures and was comfortable for our family. Great location making it easy to explore all the different places in Oaxaca Centro. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

René’s home was absolutely perfect! We were a group of 5 and chose it because of how modern and clean the home looked. The host was great, the location was perfect and the photos are 100% accurate! We absolutely loved staying here and would book it again.

Rene’s house us exceptional! Brand new, really spacious and probably that first Airbnb I have ever visited that can easily fit the number of people it claims(and even more actually). Very cozy, beautiful interior and modern common spaces. I was particularly impressed by the multiple balconies attention to detail. Totally recommend it
