Amazing accommodation. The photos don't do justice to the warmth and comfort of the house. You can tell it was designed, built, occupied, and filled with life by its owners. We felt right at home and made them part of our group without knowing them. Communication with Claudia was impeccable. I would always come back as my first choice!

Loved the space! June in Playa wouldn’t have been our first choice due to the heat and sargussum, but we extended our stay post friend’s wedding and this was a great spot to be. Having our own pool made missing out on the beach very easy. We loved the home. Claudia was responsive and helpful.

The house is very well equipped, and all the rooms are generously proportioned. Lovingly chosen decorations created a cozy atmosphere. Everything was clean and tidy. Claudia took good care of us, was always available, and was helpful. As a family, we felt very comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Everything was great and we had a very pleasant stay. The communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. The house is beautiful, well located and only minutes away from the beach. Highly recommend. I'm sure we'll be back.

We felt at home and had a pleasant stay at Casa Cascada. The Casa is on a dead end street. The beach is two short blocks away. There was plenty of drinking water, towels, toilet paper, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, etc. There was construction noise during the weekday. We were there mid November and we felt it was cool enough with the ceiling fans that we didn't feel the need to use the AC. Maybe with the bedroom windows closed, we may have not heard the construction noise, but we still enjoyed our stay. Casa Cascads is a nice home. Most of all we loved Claudia. She gave us helpful information and was always available to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this home to family.

This is the what a rental place should be. Best equipped rental we have stayed in. Drinking Water supplied as needed. Location excellent. Hot water in kitchen sink and all bathroom sinks. We have stayed in many that the only hot water was the shower. Communication was excellent.

If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, this is a place for you! The house is located at the end of a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. It has easy access to the Playa Car beach which is usually less crowded than other beaches in Playa. The host provided chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making beach trips even more pleasent. Communication with the host was absolutely perfect, she even came to meet us, which we appreciated very much. The house has a great collection of books, from Mayan culture and wildlife to mystery novels to read when relaxing by the pool. Overall, this was a perfect vacation. Jim and Claudia, thank you so much for this great experience!

Visited Playa Del Carmen for the first time and felt so lucky to have found this wonderful place! The neighborhood felt very safe and the home is a few minute walk from beach. The home was lovely and very comfortable for my husband and I and our 2 adult daughters. It’s a great location- close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping but far enough away from the noise of the retail center. I appreciated that the home is fully stocked with everything you need for a fun day at the beach. Would highly recommend Jim’s place for a family vacationing in Playa Del Carmen!

Perfect spot to start our family trip to Mexico - clean, well located for the beach and equipped with all mod cons to make self-catering a breeze. Lots of great tips and recommendations and Claudia was always on hand to help with any queries we had. Recommended!

Casa Cascada exceeded our expectations. The pool was bigger than we expected and our 2 young kids had endless fun swimming. The house was more spacious than we expected and had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. Claudia was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The neighbourhood felt very safe and the beach was so close and not crowded at all. All in all a great stay and we would definitely return!

Went for New Years and had a wonderful stay. Host was very attentive and open to communication, all questions were answered before our stay and was available thought out the whole stay. The house is two blocks away from the beach. House was equipped with beach chairs/towels and even a cooler. Very quiet area with an easy walk right into the downtown area. The house itself was perfect for my group. Nice pool with a small patio table and 2 lounge chairs. First floor had a very clean kitchen with spacious sitting area and living room with full bathroom. 2 big bedrooms with full bathrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor, each with their own private balconies. This house met all my expectations and would highly recommend to any small groups looking to travel into Playa Del Carmen.

We stayed at Casa Cascada for a week and it was one of the best stays we have had in Playa del Carmen. Location is wonderful, only 2 blocks away from the beach. The house was super clean, with everything you would ever need for a comfortable stay, including floaters and snorkeling gear. We could immediately tell that the house was very much loved by owners, with all the decor and amenities what you would expect to have at home. The highlight of the house is a breathtaking roof deck to meet both sunrises and sunsets. Walkable distance to 5th Avenue shopping and restaurants. 10 min walk to several car rental agencies at Plaza Paraiso. Very responsive and helpful property manager. We will definitely return!
