This house is wonderful!!! My family and I enjoyed it tremendously. Everyone had their own room, the whole house was very clean, and we appreciate all the amenities. The area is very quiet and really nice. I would like to highlight the attention of our host, who always responded promptly. I will definitely recommend this house.

Everything was excellent. The issues were resolved immediately, and we were very comfortable at this property.

Our stay was excellent; the house is exactly as shown in the photos. We were a group of 10, and the house is very spacious and offers everything needed for a wonderful vacation. It is worth mentioning that the highlight of the house is the pool, which has a spectacular design; we usually prefer the beach, but given the heavy sargassum at this time of year, the pool was an excellent option. Stephanie is an excellent host who responds quickly and cordially; this is definitely a house I would recommend to friends and family.

My family and I were a total of ten individuals. Each person had their own private space, and the environment consistently felt secure. We did not rent a vehicle; so, for those in a similar circumstance, there is a taxi station located approximately five minutes away on foot. Stephanie was prompt in her responses whenever I had inquiries.

My last few rentals with Airbnb were horrible experiences . This one was fantastic. The pictures don’t do the size and layout any justice . The area is well secured . Home was beyond our expectations. Stephanie was an amazing host ,Always quick to respond , helped with great recommendations. I would definitely recommend this house and will definitely rent it again if in visiting the Cancun / playa de Carmen area . Thank you Stephanie for an amazing experience

Bryan & Stephanie were absolutely so communicative before, during, & after our stay. We had a family reunion stay at house of 3 seniors who took the two lower level bedrooms, 8 adults, 2 teenagers, and a younger kid who took the upstairs bedrooms. Everyone loved hanging out by the pool area every evening. It's a 3 minutes walk to the taxi stand at Sandos Hotel. It's an easy 26 minutes walk to the beach that the house has access to (near The Reef Playacar Beach Resort Hotel). The kids didn't mind the walk & asked to walk back to house to shop on our return walk from the beach at the local stores The house seriously provided much more than other Airbnb provide (hand soap, TP, shower stuff, a bit of purified water to get you started), whichever was truly amazing! Bryan & Stephanie can connect you with their recommended driver, Eduardo, who can do airport pickup/drop offs. Way cheaper than Sandos ride. The house is huge!Recommend this place 💯. Would love to come back!

Bryan's property is exactly as shown and described in the photos. It is super spacious and with comfortable and pleasant spaces to spend time with family and friends. Communication with Bryan was always easy, with quick and clear answers, always willing to help. He even helped us schedule transportation to and from the airport, or even to get around Playa del Carmen. I recommend the place and I would stay there again without thinking.

The place was clean, ac worked great , massive house with lots of bedrooms, and the Playacar location is top notch. It’s like the Beverly Hills of PDC, we felt very safe there. There are not enough words to explain how great our trip was. This place is huge... and such a private oasis of a back yard, the pool is big and definitely refreshing when you need it..
