Hello William, I am sorry to hear you had a less than positive experience during your stay. If you had asked for help while you were here, I could have adjusted your ac and offered you earplugs since you are a light sleeper. Here in the jungle of Costa Rica, insects and animal noises of all kinds are a reality even in the most expensive hotels and homes. We do do our best to keep the property clean and our guests comfortable while offering an affordable price in town that's become very expensive. I'm very sorry that you felt a need to leave this review instead of communicating with me when we could have made an effort to make you more comfortable.
