great stay and great host!

Good location to explore Tulum. We had mopeds and were able to do everything we wanted; Tulum centro, several cenotes, and the beach area. Taxis also picked up/dropped there. The condo was beautiful and comfortable (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, the greenery, all of it)

The apartment is very nice, just like the photos, very comfortable, I went with my friends and we all loved the place!!

We had an amazing stay at Brittany’s Airbnb in Tulum – truly worth every penny. The private pool was a dream and the apartment itself was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. It felt like a little slice of paradise and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The only minor downsides were the staff at reception, who were unfortunately unhelpful and didn’t seem very welcoming, and the fact that there wasn’t an oven – although the stove provided was brilliant and more than enough for our cooking needs. That said, these small details absolutely shouldn’t put anyone off. Everything else about this Airbnb was fantastic, and we’d happily return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

My stay was amazing! The space exceeded expectations, better than the pictures. There was a brief power outage during the trip, which was completely out of Brittany’s control, but she handled it promptly and was very accommodating. Overall, an excellent experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Absolutely a no brainer.. If you get the chance, book this apartment! It is located between downtown and the beach strip. We suffered from seaweed during our trip, so we made use of many of the building's facilities. Lovely exercise in the available fitness and swimming on the roof, at the apartment and downstairs in the swimming pool. House is incredibly beautiful and equipped with every comfort.. We really enjoyed!! Suppose we come back, then definitely here! Recommended for everyone!

The apartment was just as pictured and described. It was very clean and cozy. We appreciated the loving details in the apartment and felt very comfortable. The communication with Brittany was also super fast and straightforward. We felt at home and can only recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this place! The apartment is large, modern and beautifully decorated – you immediately feel comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is the private pool on the balcony, which was definitely our personal highlight. A big thank you to Brittany – she was a great host and always available if we had any questions. We highly recommend the place and would come back any time!

Brittany is a very responsive host. She gives some great tips. Her place is beautiful and well kept. The pools on the site are well appreciated after a day of sightseeing.

Simply perfect! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The decor is very beautiful and the condominium has many amenities. In addition to the apartment's pool, there are several others in the condominium. Anyway, amazing place to stay in Tulum.

Brittany was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The property is absolutely beautiful, though it's situated a bit away from the main areas. We actually found this to be a perfect advantage - you're ideally positioned between downtown Tulum and the beach/hotel zone, offering the best of both worlds. Pro tip: Definitely rent a car. The location allows you to easily explore both the charming downtown area and enjoy upscale dining near the beach, but having your own transportation is key to making the most of your stay. The property itself was lovely and well-maintained. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat that still offers easy access to all of Tulum's attractions.

BEAUTIFUL!! From the time you walk in the door, floor to ceiling windows that is the full length of the condo. Everything is Very well decorated. The shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is gorgeous. Amazing view, large plunge and seating. both rooms have a beautiful balcony. Very close to the beach and down town but not walkable. I highly recommend renting scooters. Brittany was very helpful and responsive. I asked a million questions and she always was available to help and make good recommendations. The grounds are beautiful and the pools are very nice. The roads are bumpy in the area due to construction but it’s a very short distance to the paved road. My only “complaint” is the restaurant on site was closed. But that isn’t Brittany’s fault. If you want to stay in Tulum, stay here and rent a scooter or ATV. Can’t wait to say again’

Fantastic penthouse, little gem in this beautiful condo complex, located in between the Pueblo and the playa in Tulum. The place looks better than the pictures and we had a fantastic time. Brittany is very responsive and helpful.

Brittany was very attentive and gave us very good and helpful recommendations! We loved the apartment. The access street is with wells due to the construction works but this in no way opaque the accommodation… it is really beautiful and comfortable, and the area is very quiet and quiet.

I can't say enough about this place! If you're looking, get it before someone else does! I can't believe how big, beautiful, clean and luxurious this place was. The pictures truly do it no justice. The beds are so comfy and the bathrooms were immaculate. We lived on the deck and in the amazing pool. We even spent two days in the infinity pool downstairs but never made it to the rooftop pool unfortunately. We had so many plans to go into town and the hotel zone but loved the Air BnB so much that we literally only left for food. We didn't rent a car and instead chose to taxi, which worked for us. It wasn't hard to get a taxi and we spent about $20 USD each way. You can also rent a ATV/UTV/Scooter if that's more your thing. I loved the fact that it was remote and smack in between the town centre and hotel zone. Brittany was so amazing! She was attentive and checked on us everyday and had awesome recommendation for food and excursions - we didn't want to leave! Will def stay here again.

This place was AMAZING!!!! The nicest Air BnB I have stayed in. There is construction going on down the road but did not bother us. The road is a little bumpy-but hey they are building and making it better. The pools on the property are amazing with great views. Would most definitely recommend to anyone and look forward t going back and enjoying some time in Tulum. Stunig place and good location in close proximity to beach and town.

So to start , photos do not do this place justice , it is extremely beautiful in person , I have nothing bad to say , responsive host clean unit everything was available to us , complex was really nice and clean , there is also a small restaurant on site and convenience store which is easily accessible. The only think id say is the road is a little bumpy to get there , but it’s close enough to town and the beach . Literally no complaints my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. We will be booking again .

This BNB was beautiful and clean, it looked even better in person than in the photos. But what made the stay so memorable was how considerate and thoughtful of a host Brittany was. Brittany is an amazing host, she truly cares about the quality of her guests experience. She checked in on us, provided us with recommendations and was very proactive with her responses and addressed any of our questions and concerns immediately. She is so easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Location wise it is very close to the beach and also close to the town, however, it's best to rent a car which Brittany advised us to do and we really appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum and I would recommend any of Brittany's places as I trust her and trust how much she cares about her properties/guests. Still so impressed with this experience!!

Our stay at this condo was just fantastic, exceeding all expectations. The unit itself is even more breathtaking in person, very spacious. The architecture of the building, nestled in the jungle, is simply stunning. The decor of the unit is tasteful and inviting, the kitchen and pantry are very well stocked. The central area of the condo, featuring a Cenote Pool, provided a delightful space for sunbathing. Brittany, our host, was exceptional. Her superb service was evident in her responsiveness, proactive communication, and the detailed instructions she provided. She made sure we felt supported throughout our stay. While there were minor downsides, such as the absence of a dishwasher (as listed; it'll be installed later) and a somewhat limited water heater capacity, these did not detract from our positive experience. The challenging dirt roads surrounding the condo and occasional interruptions in electricity or water supply were manageable, and somewhat expected this part of Tulum.

We stayed at Brittanys for a week and it was great. Firstly we had problem with the location because we did not have a car or scooter and the accommodation is far from shops or restaurants for walking. When we rented a scooter all our problems vanished away :) the accommodation is very big, clean and luxury. We’ll come back for sure!

The apartment looks insane, equipped with everything, new furniture, dreamy! There were 18 wonderful days spent in Tulum. There was always someone at the reception, strong security ! We will definitely come back next year, of course in the same apartment! ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing stay!! Perfect for a family or going with friends!! Access is difficult, the dirt road has many holes and mud, but everything else excellent !!
