Highly recommend! We brought 10 people (5 couples, all friends). We all had our own private rooms and bathroom with AC for every couple. The house was cool and cozy. Lots of rooms for activities, games on site, and the pool view was so beautiful! There is no beach access, but the view makes up for it. 30 second walk to Punta Sur (best sunrise on the island). This home is on the quiet side of the island (north side) which makes it 20 minutes away from the “touristy” stuff, which is perfect! Hank, concierge is the BEST you'll ever find (and he comes with a plus one- Toto- who is the sweetest 4 legged scooter buddy around). The housekeeper, is phenomenal and keeps everything tidy. We would 100% recommend this home to any large group who loves the pool and beautiful sunsets!

Excellent experience. The house is very nice, comfortable and perfectly equipped for a family vacation. We really enjoyed our stay. The spaces are spacious, pleasant and as shown. It was definitely an excellent choice for our trip to Isla Mujeres, and we would stay here again. Thank you very much for everything!
