The place is nice and the beach is like 3 minutes walking there is plenty of stores around and Walmart is about 5 minutes driving.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out easy. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for the hospitality! One small note for families with young children: the staircase leading to the balcony could be a safety concern, so it’s worth keeping a close eye on little ones around that area.

Very close to the beach. Easily walkable in 3-5mins. The pool is a 1 min walk away too which is nice. Great views on top of the deck. Would stay again!

This was our first time back to RP in over ten years, and we could not have chosen a better host. Madeline's home was perfect and she was very attentive and responsive to our needs. Beds were comfortable, house was within walking distance of beach, and the entire place felt like home. We will certainly be back!

The home was clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe with security at the entrance. We had a couple show cars and trailer, felt safe leaving them out over night.

Great location near the beach, which was great for tide pooling and bird watching. The house was spacious. The rooftop had an amazing view. Madeline was very responsive.

Madeline was very attentive. He was always available to respond. We had a mix-up due to the time change and she kindly allowed us to check in an hour early. The space is beautiful and functional. I had everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. The sea is very close. The neighborhood is quiet. Refrigeration is highly appreciated due to the region's heat. I definitely recommend this place, I would stay here again 🙂

Everything was excellent, everything was fine!!! It took me a while to find the location because it sent me to Corona del Mar when the house is in RESIDENSE. Everything was excellent, the access, the facilities, the whole house is very nice, very spacious, clean, it has everything you need. My family loved the jenga detail and the view from the terrace is very nice. Madeline is very attentive to any questions and accessible. I highly recommend her. I would just like to add a small recommendation, if it had a grill on the terrace outside, it would be even cooler. Thank you so much for letting us spend these amazing nights at your property!!!

A safe place, the beach nearby.

A great place to stay with a group of friends, but make sure you count the beds (some may need to share). Felt right at home and a 5 minute walk from the beach!

The only problem is that the house does not have a NUMBER and it is a little difficult to LOCATE it easily, NOT EVEN THE SECURITY KNEW THAT EXACTLY. THE HOUSE WAS FOR THE ISSUE THAT IT HAS NO NUMBER, the place is very clean, lots of space, very quiet, the host's attention is very friendly and he responds very quickly, everything is exceptional, of course I would rent it again.

It's a beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, and a safe place. Great communication with the person who's responsible of the property.
