Everything was great. The check-in time was flexible. We arrived in the early morning and there was always a guard there to help you. A good place to stay.

The apartment is spectacular, very spacious, very quiet with no external noise, the beds are super comfortable, everything is very clean, many things nearby to eat and for tourism, it exceeded my expectations! I would definitely return :) the host is always available.

Very nice place, everything matches the description and photos, it is larger than it appears in the photos, its decoration is very nice with details that create a very cozy atmosphere and its beds are super comfortable. The host Pedro was very attentive and responded quickly. Highly recommend this place.

The place is huge, it has everything you need to cook, the bathrooms are spacious, the living room is huge and the armchair is super comfortable; the beds are super comfortable and I loved that they even had a blanket for the cold. The area is very belle and quiet, in addition to providing the parking on the ground floor, it should be mentioned that it has an elevator in case they have difficulty climbing stairs. At the beginning we did not receive a quick response in the chat from the host but it is a safe space, I would definitely come back

We enjoyed our stay with Francisco, he was responsive. One of the sun shades fell down when we adjusted it and he had someone there the next day to repair it. This building is in a great location in Polanco. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. It worked well for us being a family of 6. The furniture was of Ikea grade/ quality and the mattresses were very firm. The other thing to note is that the building has a lof of construction going on, so we did have strong chemical smells coming in the window one day and a lot of construction noise during the day. That didn't bother us as previous guest reviews had mentioned this and we were out and about most days. We didn't end up using the outdoor patio area because it was raining a lot while we were in town. The kitchen worked great. There were no TVs in the bedrooms, which an aribnb if this price probably should have. Didn't bother us at all because we don't really watch a lot of TV. Overall great place!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment, very spacious. Exceeded expectations! The apartment has a lobby with a 24/7 person, which generates a sense of security and accompaniment at all times. Also, Francisco was very flexible at our check-in. 100% recommended!
