Everything was great. The place is very quiet. I think the metal structures on the terrace that leads to the beach should be given a little paint job, as they were somewhat faded due to the sun and salt. As for everything else, it was a very good stay in a quiet location.

Definitely a private beach. Super relaxing. 3 minutes away from Kino Viejo. The house is perfect. Spacious, clean. Have nothing negative to say about the property nor the host. Will definitely come back.

Love every minute we stayed in this house! Private, quiet and peaceful! Basically, we had a private beautiful beach all for ourselves. Not a private beach, yet I don’t think I saw more than 10 people and that was perfect for me. I will definitely come back!!!

Great place to stay with beautiful views and very easy access to beach. Had a small problem with water pipes but the host responded quickly and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. Overall a great experience to stay.

For those looking to disconnect from the noise and the outside world, and enjoy the peace offered by the sea in a house with all the amenities, this place is ideal. Don't think about it anymore. If that's your plan, bring a good market and fully enjoy the experience: cook whatever you want and go out just to walk to the beach or enjoy the pool right in front of the house. We spent a family weekend and it was a wonderful experience: we had fun, rested, and I even had time to work remotely until late, thanks to an excellent internet connection. I 100% recommend it!
