Excellent place. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. The amenities in both the apartment and the hotel are incredible. Highly recommended.

Great place for 7 of us to stay. The condo is inside a mini-resort style place. The prices at the restaurant were very good and the service and quality of food were great. The two pools were well taken care of. The kids enjoyed using the boogie boards and paddle boards. The town is right outside the front door of the condo and has a lot of neat options for dining, drinks and shopping. We also took an uber to San Pancho for the day (short drive).

Excellent apartment, just as shown in the photos! Clean, cozy, and super complete with everything. Amazing view to the ocean. Easy and convenient access to all the amenities the building has. Very good and quick response from the Host. The girl who welcomed us was attentive and everything was very well explained! Don't hesitate to rent it!!!!

Dieter’s condo is fantastic, with the most beautiful ocean view I’ve ever seen. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning listening to the waves and watching the pelicans fish. It was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with great beds and excellent amenities. The property was beautiful with two pools, a modern gym, and a kids playroom our 4-year old loved. The onsite restaurant food and drinks were great, and it was so convenient to charge everything to the room. Coral was welcoming and kept the place spotless during our stay. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. Would love to come again!

We had a wonderful stay at Dieter’s condo. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and exactly as described, perfect for a special family vacation. Dieter was an excellent host: attentive, responsive, professional, and always willing to help, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Wonderful mini-resort. This place isn’t just condos and a pool. It had 2 restaurants with very well priced food, 2 pools, 4 jacuzzis (though they’re not very hot), free paddle boards and boogie boards, and a paddle board court (cross between pickle ball and racquetball). We didn’t adventure out much, but just relaxed there. But I wish I would’ve walked down the street earlier, as there are so many great cafés and restaurants. The condo itself was great - had everything we needed. The lady in charge of cleaning even got us two 5 gallon water containers for all the filter water we needed during our time.

Wonderful unit and building. It was the perfect stay for a family holiday. We did have a small issue with being accused of property damage that was cleared up relatively quickly, though we wish the situation was handled better than it was. All in all a minor issue in an otherwise great stay.

The apartment and amenities exceeded our expectations. It was gorgeous and easily fit our two families of eight (kids ages 6–11). The on-site restaurant and bar had great, affordable options for both adults and kids, with convenient hours (8-9) and room service was a nice surprise. We also appreciated being able to order 5-gallon water jugs. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen was fully stocked. The apartment also had fun, unique touches like a hammock and a telescope (we could see the moon’s craters and Saturn’s rings!) We loved the infinity pools, hot tub, and beautiful views, and the ocean was calm enough for the kids to enjoy. We had a great time at the ping-pong and pool tables, and having boogie boards and paddleboards available was very convenient. The location was great, walkable to lots of restaurants, bakeries, and cafes, with a relaxed and safe vibe. Dieter was very responsive and helpful, and we can’t wait to stay here again!

We stayed here Thanksgiving week with our family including grandchildren ages 7 and 4. The condo is spectacular with a large open living room and terrace and a beautiful view of the ocean. It was great to have some of the feel of a hotel with a nice restaurant, not too expensive, at two locations and the ability to sign to the room and not carry money. There were also plenty of other restaurants in walking distance which made this very easy with children, unlike our experience with children in condos in Nuevo Vallarta. The grandkids loved the pools and my daughter enjoyed being able to use a paddle board in the ocean. The whole place is family friendly and my grandkids really loved the children’s play room. Dieter was very responsive to questions and little problems that arose. My only criticism of the property is the lack of hand railings going down to the beach and the pools and in the stairwells. Not the greatest consideration for older clients like ourselves but we managed.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for our family vacation and was well stocked, with plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. The location was great, right on the beach and with close (it's right in the central area) and easy access to central Bucerias. The property, pools and lounge areas are well maintained and clean. Would highly recommend this property!

We were absolutely blown away by this place. Our host, Dieter, went above and beyond to accommodate us with early check-in and late checkout after our previous VRBO fell through. The condo was stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Our four-bedroom, four-bathroom suite was perfect for our girls’ trip, and the air-conditioning and amenities were great. The view from the deck felt like something out of a movie-breathtaking, with a hammock overlooking the ocean. Both pools were incredible, especially the rooftop infinity pool that felt like you were floating right in the sea. Poolside service was excellent. The location was perfect, walking distance to great restaurants, coffee, pharmacy etc. We can’t say enough about our host and how responsive he was to all of our questions and needs. We will definitely be back. This condo is a 10/10 in every way. (Tip: bring eye shades for the rooms if you’re sensitive to light. Room darkening shades didn’t block out all of the light)

One of the best stays I've ever had, Dieter was super friendly, always looking out for us, the apartment was impeccable, the ocean view was incredible, the tower has a restaurant and bar service that met all our expectations, as well as the super comfortable and clean common areas, I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful apartment exactly matches the photos posted, the place is very quiet, excellent for families, the beach is very nice and the restaurant service in the building is very good. Dieter was always attentive, answering our questions almost immediately.

Dieter’s apartment is fantastic—exactly as described on Airbnb. It’s spacious, spotless, and located in a building that has everything you need for a great stay. Both swimming pools are excellent, and the on-site restaurant offers great food at reasonable prices (though the service can be a bit slow). The building’s maintenance crew is very responsive to any minor issues. Best of all, the building is right on the beach, in a safe area and within walking distance of Bucerías’ main plaza. Dieter was also great to communicate with—responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Dieter was super responsive and the lady that showed us around was super kind and helpful. The home is beautiful. Rooftop pool/bar and being right on the beach was great. Easy walk into the older part of town which has many oceanfront restaurants. La Negra is not in the old town but a fantastic, full of character, near by restaurant -- particularly nice upstairs. Definitely recommend.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious and very clean. You can’t beat the view from the patio. Great spot for our family with young kids. The building has 2 pools and perfect location on the beach while also being walkable to great restaurants. Food on site was delicious and great options for the kids. We loved borrowing boogie boards and playing in the waves. Beach was very kid friendly which was a bonus. Would absolutely stay again.

We are very satisfied with this rental. The comfort of the apartment, the sea view and the sunsets gave us unforgettable family memories. A lovely housekeeper came to make sure everything was okay. This is a brand new building and therefore doesn't have too many reviews yet. Please allow us to put anyones mind at easy regarding this property - it is simply amazing. The place is spotless and beautiful. It is on the first floor but is one story up from the ground level overlooking the pool and the ocean. It has everything you need including an amazing, huge porch with a ridiculously comfortable day bed that my daughter slept on the whole week falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The place is exactly like the pictures. It is spacious and can easily accommodate 8. It's location is amazing with an easy, safe 5 minute walk to downtown Bucerias where you can enjoy upscale restaurants on the ocean or delicious 'street tacos' on the quaint town square. Book this place before it becomes too popular. You will not regret it.

Dieters condo is one of the most spectacular and luxurious places we’ve ever booked through AirBNB! The location is right on the beach, and steps from all kinds of great restaurants and cafes. There are two bars and infinity pools on the premises, including a stunning roof top terrace! Highly recommended!

Fantastic Stay with a Stunning View! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—right by the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and ocean whenever we wanted. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. It was also a great spot for our family, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again

AMAZING! So many good things to say. Dieter was easy to reach out to and very responsive. The condo is beautiful. We were 4 couples staying for 6 days and it was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The deck, with view of the pool and ocean, was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. There are many amenities throughout the property including game tables, workout room, massage services, and the on-site food and drinks made it very convenient to enjoy the pool all day. The rooftop infinity pool was incredible with amazing views in all directions. The condo is located in a very nice part of Bucerias with plenty of restaurants and shopping. We would definitely come back to enjoy this property again.

My family has been to Bucerias many times. The unit was outstanding and one of the best places we’ve stayed. The unit is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The spacious outdoor balcony had a wonderful ocean view. The sliding glass door wall let the outside in. The kitchen was well appointed if you wanted to cook. Four en suite bedrooms provided privacy for everyone. Beds and linens were comfortable, and great pool towels were provided too. The in unit washer/dryer allowed us to keep all our towels freshly cleaned. The rooftop pool was our favorite place to lounge during the day, it was quiet and peaceful. We also spent time at the ground level pool and comfy ocean facing loungers. We enjoyed breakfasts/ lunches/snacks at both pools, along with the full service bar. You can’t beat the prices and quality for food and beverage. Perfect location! Walkable to the square and to any restaurant that you that you want to go to in Bucerias. XOXOX and a pharmacy across the street.
