The place is beautiful just like the photos, and very comfortable, you feel surrounded by nature even though it is in a part of town that has everything in a walking distance. I hired Silvia the person that is there at check in to help me for some of the days, she would cook wonderful cazuela breakfast and leave everything spotless, super nice. I would definitely go back to the house we even used the jacuzzi one of the days.

An amazing house, a very good space for a family. It looks and feels like a house that is used. Nothing is missing and everything is of very good quality. The maintenance is excellent. It's easy to get there. It's a short walk from the main street of Avandaro, which is very convenient for going out for lunch or dinner, even on foot. One point that always matters to me is parking. In this case, it was very good. The entrance to the house is convenient and has a very good height for entering with a van. Once inside, there is space to easily park three cars in front of the house. Finally, I have to highlight Silvia's help and service. She helped us with everything and was a very important part of why we had a good time and felt at home.

Carina is super friendly. The house is ideal for enjoying a weekend with family or friends. It is in a superb location, very close to everything.

Beautiful house with everything you need. A huge living room with different areas and plenty of natural light. The fireplace and the Jacuzzi were perfect. Carina is charming and always ready to offer tips and recommendations.

The property is beautiful, modern and comfortable. If you have small children, it has everything to have fun, toys, a play area inside and a park in front of the house. Walking distance to Avándaro's main cafes and restaurants. It is fully equipped. The hosts are super attentive to any need. It's really worth it and I would definitely do it again.

This place is a diamond in the rough, it is completely gated, it has an orchard, fruits growing everywhere, hot tub, incredible beds, and linens, the host was wonderful, and it’s right next to everything.

I would definitely stay here again, the place is amazing, just as seen in the photos and even better! The jacuzzi works really well, it's a quiet place, you have Silvia's support in case you need anything and Carina is also available to support you. You're also close to everything if you want to eat something delicious, do your supermarket shopping, etc. 100% recommended!

Very good accommodation, 3 cozy rooms, full kitchen, but I would have liked to have an airfryer or a microwave too, nothing to complain about the accommodation, good direct and indirect lighting, hot jacuzzi and surrounded by nature, EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD.

Good location, the house matches the photos posted, it was clean, we had a good time and if we had any questions we could look for Silvia who answered us quickly.

The place is beautiful. You are a 5-minute walk from all the restaurants in Avandaro, and the area where the house is located is very safe.

If you are a family with young kids (less than 12) this is the perfect spot! I have been in many Airbnb in Valle/Avandaro and this for sure was one of the best. The host is generous and kind which makes a huge difference when you need a bit of flexibility.

Better than in the photos, a great space to relax, close to many places to have breakfast or do some activity. the only inconveniences are not serious. is that the hot water takes more than 10min to leave, and that two of the bathrooms do not have enough privacy, since it does not have a blind or curtain. everything else is excellent.

Timely and friendly communication with the host to answer questions and respond to inquiries. The person who provides the house cleaning service is very friendly and has a good attitude.

We went as a family and we all enjoyed the house. It has amenities even for the little ones. My 5-year-old son was happy with the games. It's a nice house that, by the way, is much nicer in person than in the photos. For me, the most important thing is that it's very clean and comfortable.

The house is very cozy and also very quiet. Silvia, the lady who works there, is very kind and cooks super delicious food. Everything is very clean and the rooms are super comfortable. It's very pleasant to be outside with the fireplace. Everything is super good!!!

The house is amazing! Very nice, super well located, meters from downtown, very well suited. Carina was very friendly and was attentive the whole time, as was Mrs. Silvia who looks after the house. The only thing that is not very comfortable is that the house is on a plot of land shared with 3 other houses, so sometimes there is not much privacy. But other than that, everything is amazing! We'll be back soon for sure!

Paradise! I cannot say enough about this very special place. It is a sanctuary that is conveniently located in the town of Avandaro. The house is filled with natural light, is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The hot tub was amazing for viewing the sunset and the star-filled night sky. Carina was so friendly and responsive. Sylvia cooked amazing meals for us and was so friendly. FYI- it is a little cool in the mornings and at night since there is no heat in the house, but there were comfy robes and blankets.

The house is perfect! The place has everything as shown in the notice. The location allows you to get everything walking. My children enjoyed the stay very much And the beds are very comfortable.

Great place in Valle!

The house is practically new in unbeatable conditions, with a very fatherly design, you feel in a cabin but with all the comforts of a modern house. The only thing I would give it is the garden, which like everything has its pros and cons. Pros, it is very wooded and with a lot of greenery, you feel in the woods. Cons, I would have liked a garden with a lot of grass given my children's age and the time we were there (a week). Overall our stay was very good, you feel like retired, we rested a lot and recharging. Thanks to Carina, very good communication and attention.

The house is beautiful, with top-notch finishes, furniture and appliances. The Jacuzzi is very useful. With lots of vegetation around. It is located on a plot that shares an entrance and garden with other houses, but it is still quite independent. The host responds quickly and is attentive to everything. Very good experience.
