We had a wonderful time at this house, it had everything we were looking for, very private and literally views on views, also Courtney and the house staff were very professional and proactive, the communication was excellent! We will be happy to be back on our next trip to San Juan del Sur!

Casa Chill was SPECTACULAR!!! So tranquil and peaceful yet a short car ride or taxi to the fun of town! The house is beautiful and modern and clean. I was a little nervous about creepy crawlies but actually it's been totally fine. The view is incredible, and the pool was so great to go in and out of during the day. I made most meals here and it was a very well equipped kitchen. I loved the indoor/outdoor feel when all the window walls were opened up, so unique. Getting private massages at night was so magical and sent me into slumber. It is in a gated community and there are neighbours but you don't see them which made it feel safe. The nearby beaches were awesome, I reccomend spending the day at play hermosa. Worth the small 3$ charge. Casa chill is AMAZING! I've travelled all around the world and this was top 2!

This is the first AirBnB I've stayed at where the actual space was better than the photos (which were already beautiful to begin with). Marsha was exceptionally responsive and friendly and was quick to help us with a few hiccups like needing to replace the router. The house is about a 10-minute drive to town, and the driver Marsha recommended was great. My friends and I spent several days just hanging out at the pool and relaxing in the shade of the outdoor area. The housekeeper came every few days and was wonderful.

Idyllic and calm place with an extraordinary view! Well designed home where you wish to stay forever.

What an amazing experience. The view was beautiful! Understand where you are and that you will have to get used to small critters. Marsha also had a quick response time whenever we needed anything. Also if you are coming from Costa Rica to cross the border in Nicaragua you will need a Covid-test taken on U.S. soil.

Oh my goodness..... this place! Marsha is a FABULOUS host. Her home is......... UNBELIEVABLE. Perfectly spotless, the view is surreal, we loved every second and could not have possibly had a better trip! Honestly!!!
