This villa is ideally situated just minutes north of town and south of Nicaragua’s most popular beaches, Playa Maderas and Playa Marsella. It is an ideal retreat to recharge and unwind.

For those seeking a luxurious stay in Nicaragua, CASA CHILL is the perfect choice. This dream villa invites you to relax with a book in the outdoor cabana, enjoy an in-home massage, or take refreshing dips in the pool after a day of boating, surfing, fishing, hiking, or sightseeing.

The home is designed with multiple areas to appreciate the sunsets throughout the year. Depending on the season, you can watch the sunset from the pool, indoor living room, or outdoor terrace. Every space in the villa is thoughtfully crafted to enhance your experience.

Mornings at the villa are beautiful and peaceful, perfect for enjoying coffee, breakfast, or a morning swim. The villa features a modern pool with an outdoor shower and several relaxing spots. Two tanning floaters are available for use in the pool. The outdoor daybed fully reclines and has a removable top for sunbathing.

The main house boasts unique architecture that opens up to create an indoor-outdoor living space. All bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, imported bedding, air conditioning, and hot water. The living areas feature oversized couches upholstered with imported Italian fabrics.

You can enjoy your favorite music through a Bluetooth speaker in the living room. Evenings are perfect for stargazing, listening to music, or watching Netflix in the open-air living room softly illuminated by hanging pendant lights.

Location

CASA CHILL is centrally located in San Juan del Sur, offering the convenience of being just minutes north of town and minutes south of the most popular beaches. The villa is ideal for romantic getaways, small groups of up to six guests, and small families.

Please note, children under 12 and pets are not permitted.

Design and Craftsmanship

The home’s design, wood furniture, kitchen, and lighting were created by Elena, the builder of the villa, and crafted by local artisans. Upholstery was hand-sewn by a local seamstress with comfort in mind. The tile work in the pool, outdoor shower, and stairs was also designed by Elena and handmade by artisans in Granada.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire house except for the washer and dryer. Laundry services are available upon request.

Additional Information

• Security cameras are installed at the parking area, entrance, and exterior bedroom entrances for added safety. If you prefer, these can be turned off during your stay upon request.
• Each rental day includes 40 kilowatt-hours of electricity. Usage beyond this is charged at $0.40 per kilowatt-hour. Typical daily consumption ranges from 20 to 30 kilowatt-hours, including air conditioning use at night.
• Air conditioning is installed in the living, dining, and kitchen areas but should only be used when windows and doors are closed to conserve energy.
• Early or late check-outs incur a $25 fee.
• Power outages may occur occasionally as the town’s infrastructure improves. The host is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury beyond Airbnb’s protection policy.
• The villa’s water is filtered and safe to drink. Two 5-gallon water bottles are provided and can be refilled at local stores.
• The villa is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
• Gardening and pool cleaning take place Monday through Saturday.
• Light cleaning is provided during your stay. Maria Elena cleans the floors every 2-3 days.
• For stays of seven nights or longer, bed linens, bathroom cleaning, and floor cleaning are refreshed.
• Clean towels are supplied as needed.
• Additional cleaning services are available upon request.
