We have stayed here three times. The only complaint, which we have voiced in the past, is that there is a sewage smell coming from the bedroom on level two to the left. It was also there the last time we stayed. It needs to be fixed. Thanks! Jeff

Clean home, everything we needed for a nice stay. Pool was refreshing. Communication was excellent and responsive. Villa is up a steep hill, somewhat remote, but excellent views. Pool area needs a couple of regular chairs.

The house is very separated. Kitchen , living are in separate area. None of the rooms are connected. In pictures, it didnt show that. We had kids, we couldn’t have them hang out in the living room while the adults are in kitchen. We had to sit on the floor in the kitchen to play together. The pool is not bad, be mindful that the irrigation of 3 potted plants are dripping right into the pool. That was a little uncomfortable. Bedrooms are on and off with urine odors possibly from pipings. We only end up using 2 rooms out of 4 while having 7 people. I wouldn’t be coming back.

Can’t beat the views, especially from the top floor! Everything was as described. The pool and hangout area was perfect for our group to relax and hangout together. The host was super helpful and responsive at helping with any requests before we came (coordinated our transportation and excursions and private chef) and questions while staying. The views do come with a cost of a very steep driveway up so definitely can walk to the beach but may not want to due to the hike up the hill, with rental car it was perfect! Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at Los Roques! Sunsets are amazing!! It was close to Flamingo which we loved. And Selena was super friendly and helpful.

We were excited for our stay at this property Based on the pictures of the home and reviews, we had high hopes that this place would be perfect for our family. When we arrived, the property fell short of the expectations we had. Pictures and description of property were somewhat deceiving, as it is not as clean and maintained as well as the pictures. Needs a lot of TLC. Weeds everywhere around the patio area near the pool. Pool constantly had to be filled and cleaned. Non operational fans in some rooms. Not a fully operational grill. Lights without light bulbs. Holes in bathroom ceiling, allowing bugs to come in. Not really conducive for families because no rooms are connecting. You have to use an outside stairwell to get to every room. This property is better off for a group of couples than a family. Views of the ocean however, were stunning.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and timely. The home was uniquely arranged for distance and space for mixed groups like our but still had an amazing home feel. We would highly recommend this location for families and/or small groups! Loved it.

The villa was great. We really loved to walk to the beach or watch the birds flying outside the house. There was a lot of space for all of us and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location with amazing views! I loved the layout of the house and the privacy of each room.The kitchen is well stocked for in house cooking.The pool was perfect. There were a few issues at the house during our stay but Stephanie was on top of it and she made sure everything got fixed quickly. I would stay at this house again.🥰

The home is beautiful with gorgeous views, a refreshing pool, and a nice outdoor area to relax. Each of the bedrooms were private and perfect for couples/groups traveling together. We had an incident while we were staying at the home and Priscilla from the property management went way above and beyond to help us as did the owners. This was the most positive experience I have had with an Air BnB. 5+ stars!

A great place for a group to stay. Strong Wifi, clean, close to beautiful beaches and towns. Each bedroom has its own bathroom; the rooms are accessible from an outside corridor/balcony giving them great privacy. The pool and the patio are a great place to spend the day; kitchen and living room have ample space for groups of 6-8. Air conditioning was strong and in each of the rooms. Would highly recommend!
