The Space
The Home
This villa is thoughtfully designed to resemble a boutique hotel, with four detached and private guest suites. Each suite has its own ensuite bathroom and direct access to connected terraces. Three of the suites are furnished with king-size beds, while the fourth suite contains two double beds. The layout balances privacy and connection, with all rooms linked by a central outdoor staircase and balcony system.
The top floor boasts a bright, ocean-facing chef’s kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, espresso machine, ice maker, blender, and all necessary cookware. A large dining table is available for enjoying meals at home.
At the opposite end of the top floor, there is a cozy entertainment room featuring a spacious sectional sofa, a SMART TV, and a dedicated desk area. For added convenience during longer stays, a washer and dryer are also provided.
Outdoor Living

We had a great time at Los Roques! Sunsets are amazing!! It was close to Flamingo which we loved. And Selena was super friendly and helpful.

We were excited for our stay at this property Based on the pictures of the home and reviews, we had high hopes that this place would be perfect for our family. When we arrived, the property fell short of the expectations we had. Pictures and description of property were somewhat deceiving, as it is not as clean and maintained as well as the pictures. Needs a lot of TLC. Weeds everywhere around the patio area near the pool. Pool constantly had to be filled and cleaned. Non operational fans in some rooms. Not a fully operational grill. Lights without light bulbs. Holes in bathroom ceiling, allowing bugs to come in. Not really conducive for families because no rooms are connecting. You have to use an outside stairwell to get to every room. This property is better off for a group of couples than a family. Views of the ocean however, were stunning.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and timely. The home was uniquely arranged for distance and space for mixed groups like our but still had an amazing home feel. We would highly recommend this location for families and/or small groups! Loved it.

The villa was great. We really loved to walk to the beach or watch the birds flying outside the house. There was a lot of space for all of us and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location with amazing views! I loved the layout of the house and the privacy of each room.The kitchen is well stocked for in house cooking.The pool was perfect. There were a few issues at the house during our stay but Stephanie was on top of it and she made sure everything got fixed quickly. I would stay at this house again.🥰

The home is beautiful with gorgeous views, a refreshing pool, and a nice outdoor area to relax. Each of the bedrooms were private and perfect for couples/groups traveling together. We had an incident while we were staying at the home and Priscilla from the property management went way above and beyond to help us as did the owners. This was the most positive experience I have had with an Air BnB. 5+ stars!

A great place for a group to stay. Strong Wifi, clean, close to beautiful beaches and towns. Each bedroom has its own bathroom; the rooms are accessible from an outside corridor/balcony giving them great privacy. The pool and the patio are a great place to spend the day; kitchen and living room have ample space for groups of 6-8. Air conditioning was strong and in each of the rooms. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our time at Los Roques! The layout was perfect for our group of 5 adults ranging in age from 23-86! Each bedroom offered privacy with its own bathroom and shower. The view is incredible and the outside sitting areas were my favorite! Fantastic communication with our host Stephanie. She answered all my questions quickly and had great recommendations of activities and restaurants in the area. Flamingo Beach followed by dinner at Coco Loco made for a great beach day. The final day we did a sunset cruise on a Panache catamaran-probably the highlight of everyone in our group’s trip. Pura Vida!
