To begin with, Cindy is an excellent host and very polite and helpful. Regarding the apartment, in our opinion it is in a good location near the beaches, restaurants, some supermarkets. The location is very private and quite complete. It is our second time staying at this place and we really like it. We are very grateful.

We were there for a week and everything was perfect, the proximity to restaurants, grocery store and several beaches. His parents are really super nice, available and friendly. We would recommend it in a second! Thanks so much to Cindy, Maria, Angel and Tatiana. We had a great time with all of you!

We appreciated our stay at Cindy’s. She was friendly and very reactive from booking to departure. The description and pictures are coherent with reality. As she does mention, parking and pool are shared with her family and first floor rental. For the time I was there, I barely saw anybody else and her family is very discrete. Better to have a car. Thank you Cindy and family for hospitality.

This place is an excellent option to stay for several days near a tourist destination. The host is very kind, and there are many amenities nearby.

Cindy his family are very friendly with the guests, they promptly attended to our concerns, the airbnb is very well located to visit the best beaches of guanacaste, it is a quiet, quiet environment and without annoying neighbors. The space is as it is in the photos, the water pressure is low sometimes, which makes it a little slower to take a shower otherwise everything was excellent.

Excellent location, a nice and clean apartment surrounded by nature, well equipped kitchen! Quiet place and a very friendly treatment of the hosts, I would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed staying at the Beautiful apartment of Cindy. It was clean and cosy and the terrace at the back was so relaxing, looking over trees, where I saw some iguanas and squirrels. Cindy was an amazing host and she replies to messages within a few minutes. You need a car to reach the Centre of Potrero, but thats totally ok since you are in a quiet serene location with no Noise from the Centre, which I love. Thank you Cindy!

the wifi went down a lot and for telework is not good. tube q use my internet for the meetings. inside the house the wifi was very low the signal.

We enjoyed Cindy's place especially the deck in the mornings. It was close to beaches and restaurants... just lovely.
