Excellent location. Montserrat was very attentive and helpful. Perhaps the only thing to fix is the air conditioning in one bedroom. Since it drips too much. It's not even a matter of the temperature you set the air conditioner to, since we kept it at 25 degrees and it still leaked too much water. There may be a leak in the AC drain line. The door to that room doesn't close. In fact, this is my second time here, and it didn't close the last time either. It is also important to mention that there were some issues, and Montserrat has been very kind at all times. We look forward to hearing from you to resolve this.

Good, nice stay; a little more maintenance or thorough cleaning would be nice. Everything was well explained and complied with.

The hosts were very responsive and quick to communicate, which we appreciated. However, the place was unfortunately not as described in the listing. The kitchen was missing many basic items and cooking essentials, which made it very difficult (and at times impossible) to prepare meals, so we ended up having to eat out instead. There were also a number of small maintenance issues throughout the stay, such as a loose toilet seat, no bathmats provided, and one toilet that had to be manually filled with water after flushing. Additionally, the apartment was very loud late into the night due to a nearby bar, which made it difficult to sleep. About two days into our stay we also lost hot water, and it was not fixed during the remainder of our visit. While we appreciated the hosts’ responsiveness, the overall condition and amenities of the property did not match what we expected based on the listing.

The apartment is super clean and as described. It's only important if you use it to rest or for a more quiet vacation plan, you have to take into account that at night there is a lot of noise and in the main room it is difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper. From there it's super clean, it has good personal items in the bathroom, that's a big plus! It just takes time to follow up and that makes me a little uneasy, but then Monserrate was super attentive to me.
