Oscar

Oscar was a great host. He got back to me extremely fast which helped since we booked late. The unit was better than the pictures. Especially the outdoor photos of private patio likely shot with a wide angle lens which makes the ceiling look low like it was going to block a lot of light into the condo. It was just the opposite. Nice high ceilings and though we weren’t expecting any view, we could still see some pool, ocean and the famous Cabo rock structures by Arch. It was a pleasant surprise and the ground floor/ lobby level was super convenient to the pool, jacuzzis, health club and jacuzzi’s. We were close to a side gate to Villa Del Palmar which made for quick trips to their market for coffee, ice cream, snacks or supplies. Beach is swimmable and had less vendors than the 2 adjacent properties. Only negative was tile floor was a bit dirty but housekeeping took care of it plus cleaning was done every other day. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved our Condo and trip!

Quiet perfect location

Place was fantastic. Perfect set up with walkout garden level adjacent to the gym and pool. The condo was clean and well appointed. We will definitely come again

Oscar was a great host. He was always responded to my messages within a few hours and made sure everything was perfect before we arrived. All staff at the Villa were extremely helpful and we felt safe at all times. The quality and style of our Villa was more beautiful than we could have even imagined, because of the great deal that Oscar offers! We were so happy to stay and we can't wait to return.

Oscar's Villa at Villa La Estancia is absolutely amazing and makes for a relaxing and unforgettable trip. If it's your first time in Mexico, be sure to stay here as the whole staff at La Estancia is amazing and will make for a warm and welcoming trip. Access right to the beach from the suite which makes for amazing morning coffee walks. I will absolutely stay with Oscar again in the future for our fun couple groups (6-8 people) as it was spacious and comfortable the whole time.

We loved the location of the unit. It made easy access for the pool and beach.

We loved having the three bathrooms and so much sleeping space. The main floor made our trip to the pool and beach very simple. Everything was just as we thought it would be - wonderful!

This far exceeded expectations. Gorgeous and will be looking to book again. This location (specific condo) made going to pool and beach so easy. Walmart and Costco around corner so comforts of home without the snow! This is one of three complexes - you can go to the other two (but why) but they can’t come to this. Market on site was very reasonably priced for beverages, snacks and what not. On site restaurants were superb. The condo itself - perfection. Thank you!
