The Space
Villa La Estancia Beach Resort & Spa Los Cabos offers a luxurious retreat at the tip of the Baja Peninsula. This elegant resort is located on Medano Beach and is known for its sophisticated style and relaxing atmosphere. The resort features spacious suites with private balconies, including individually owned beachfront condominiums that operate as part of a five-star resort.
Our condo, unit 1207, is a ground-floor, spacious two-bedroom, three-bath villa near the hot tubs with easy access to the lobby, gym, pool, and beach. The villa includes:
- Over 2,000 square feet of living space with marble floors throughout
- Large terrace overlooking the main pool and Land's End, the tip of the Baja Peninsula
- Terrace equipped with ceiling fans, a wet bar, and a refrigerator
- Full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances
- Dining room and breakfast bar
- Master bedroom with a king-size bed, sitting area, and master bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks
- Second bedroom with two queen-size beds and a private bathroom

Villa La Estancia is situated on the swimmable Medano Beach, adjacent to sister properties Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa and Villa del Palmar Los Cabos. The resort is within walking distance to popular spots such as The Office, Mango Deck, and the Marina. A short water taxi ride takes you to the famous Lover’s Beach.

Oscar was a great host. He got back to me extremely fast which helped since we booked late. The unit was better than the pictures. Especially the outdoor photos of private patio likely shot with a wide angle lens which makes the ceiling look low like it was going to block a lot of light into the condo. It was just the opposite. Nice high ceilings and though we weren’t expecting any view, we could still see some pool, ocean and the famous Cabo rock structures by Arch. It was a pleasant surprise and the ground floor/ lobby level was super convenient to the pool, jacuzzis, health club and jacuzzi’s. We were close to a side gate to Villa Del Palmar which made for quick trips to their market for coffee, ice cream, snacks or supplies. Beach is swimmable and had less vendors than the 2 adjacent properties. Only negative was tile floor was a bit dirty but housekeeping took care of it plus cleaning was done every other day. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved our Condo and trip!
