The house is certainly true to the photos. There were some minor details, but everything was resolved. The best thing is definitely the people in the house: Mary, Pily, Estrella, and Jonathan. Thank you for your attention. They are caring, kind, and always available.

The place is amazing—spacious, clean, and delivers what it promises. It has the best views, a very good pool and Jacuzzi, and access to the lagoon. Although there were a few issues with the house, they always helped us to resolve them. A huge thank you to Mari, Pili, and Jonathan for all their attentiveness; they are the best. We will definitely be back.

The hosts and staff at the house were great. The house is amazing, very spacious. Definitely a favorite from now on.

The whole stay was very good. The staff's service was excellent, covering all the family's needs and support with food preparation. Jonathan's invaluable support and Mary's impeccable service, plus delicious cooking. The whole stay was spectacular, we were a group of 22 people and we were able to enjoy the pool, loungers, common areas, the space is very spacious. The large bedrooms all have a bathroom and are always clean. It's a house for adults and children without mobility problems because it has too many stairs, but for us it was functional.

This place is just made in heaven and nothing short of amazing! Even better than the pictures, perfectly distributed areas to give everyone space, peace and communal areas that invite to share, connect and enjoy time with family and friends. And Jonathan, Piri and Mary in the house were just incredible angels, helpful, proactive, kind and all prepared was excellent and delicious! This was an incredible stay and we will absolutely want to come back! Big thank you and please keep doing what you are doing!

The photos inside the house don't do it justice, as it is huge, all the bedrooms are comfortable and very clean, they really have everything, the kitchen is extremely well-equipped and the support staff is magnificent. The only difficult thing is the stairs, but once you go down them, there's no need to go up them until you leave. Very satisfied with the house and the service.

Everything is excellent!!! It exceeded our expectations. The house is very comfortable, all the rooms are very good, the view and access to the lake are spectacular, the pool and jacuzzi are very good and the attention is incredible, we hope to be able to return.

One of the best options in Tequesquitengo! The house is large, clean, comfortable and everything works. The beds are comfortable, the towels in good condition, clean and sufficient. The service staff is super friendly, efficient, always making sure everything is in order and ready to help. The bathrooms are spacious, clean, with no suspicious leaks. The pool area is spacious, the pool is large, the jacuzzi is great. It's one of the few houses where a big family will really be comfortable and well cared for. In my family we went with many small children and this house is ideal, although there are quite a few stairs as in all of Teques, they are safe and access to the lake is also quite safe. We loved that the social area of the house is spacious enough for all of us to sit at the table. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent house, very spacious and private

We had an incredible time in the house, Sergio always accessible, the house manager (Paco) is very accommodated, attentive to us having what we need at all times. The kitchen girls are super good, you don't have to do anything. The house is super clean, all the bedrooms have their own bathroom, fan, air conditioning and mosquito net. The pool is great and the jacuzzi is excellent, with a good size and temperature. The view of the lake is amazing. I definitely recommend it.

Amazing house. It's very large and spacious. It has very nice spaces and views because it is in front of the lake. The cleanliness is magnificent since at almost all times there are people who are helping in that regard. Paco, Sandra and the team in general are very willing people with an unbeatable attitude. We would definitely come back.

The Great House is really great 🤩 1) Amazing View 2) Big House for 17 of us 3) Great staff who made the trip memorable for us. Overall, we had a great experience. We were a group of 17 and went to celebrate my birthday. The house is big and spacious. The amenities (TV, internet, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, Pool, Open areas) are pretty good. Sergio was a great host with quick responses to anything we needed.

The house is great, the pool and the jacuzzi are a 10! The girls and Paco took care of us very well. The only downside is so many stairs, but Paco helps a lot.

The location of the x Each one is unbeatable. We really enjoyed the lake, the pool and especially the jacuzzis. If you go in December, hire the Caldera to enjoy it to the fullest. Jovita, Mary and Pily are a gem.

Great property! Sergio replied to every question before the trip and the employees went above and beyond to help us while there from making snacks to large lunch and dinners and ready to solve any trouble. The house is well kept and clean. Thank you, Sergio and Pedro, Jovita and Pili. It was a great weekend. If you have a large party I recommend this property. there are plenty of tables, chairs, beds, rooms, pool beds... a great table for dinner that fits comfortably 12 people with an other table for 6 next to it (the kids table)... seriously it is very roomy and was awesome. The only detail that didn't thrill me (yet this was not a huge deal for me) is that while I had to pay extra for heating the pool and Jacuzzi the last was not really hot because (as I was explained) the Jacuzzi heating system is old and has to be turned on and off manually. Since employees leave at 6:00 pm we were not able to enjoy the jacuzzi at night as by then it was cold and there was no one to heat it up again. Other than that we were all very happy and I'd definitely return to this property gladly.

It was a very good place to enjoy the whole weekend with my family. Sergio and the service people who helped us during our stay helped us a lot and made us feel comfortable. The house is very large and allows you to enjoy the view next to the lake.
