Fabiola was great and helped us out every time we needed something. The condo is great this is our second time here and we would come back again.

Everything was great with the stay.

We made the most of our stay in Puerto Vallarta. The apartment is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of 6. The view is wonderful, and the pool and beach, just a few steps from the property, are perfect. Fabíola was very attentive, and we will definitely come back if we get the chance.

Ideal location offering magnificent sunsets. Fabiola was always available and responded promptly to our requests/messages. Overall, the apartment could do with a little refreshment.

The apartment has stunning views of the ocean and is very large. The complex is beautiful and in an excellent location. Fabiola was gracious and extremely communicative. She was able to ensure there was a crib in the suite for my baby which was a life saver. The suite itself needs some TLC in certain areas and could be better stocked in the kitchen. We wished there was a couch or a comfy spot to sit on the balcony.

The apartment's location is unbeatable: the subdivision is very safe, the views are spectacular and the space is very large. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and the terraces have incredible panoramic views. They also include towels for both the pool and for use inside the apartment. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, shopping plaza, party places, Starbucks, pharmacies, and more. Fabiola's service was exceptional. She is an amazing host: always attentive, in constant communication, flexible and very friendly. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

Fabiola is an excellent host! She was always very friendly, flexible and willing to help you with whatever you need. Not to mention that the description of your apartment is true to what you will find when you arrive. Excellent service and definitely a worthwhile stay!

Our stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The complex is impeccably maintained and has an exceptional level of security, which made us feel very calm and at home. All amenities are in very good condition and the place in general looks clean and well maintained. While some areas could benefit from a small renovation, it is not a negative thing; on the contrary, the space is already a luxury and with an update it would become something even more spectacular. Beach access is unbeatable: direct, comfortable and very easy to enjoy. The pools are perfectly maintained and at an ideal ambient temperature; they are neither cold nor hot, just at the perfect point to cool off in the heat of Vallarta. In addition, Fabiola was an extraordinary host: attentive, friendly and always available for any need. In short, a highly recommended place that we would definitely return to.

Fabiola’s condo is beautiful. This is the second time my family and I have stayed here and we will continue to stay here each time we visit Puerto Vallarta! The area is very nice and the condo is incredibly secure. It’s within walking distance to the shopping center near by as well as many restaurants. The views are incredible and the pool is very nice. Definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment is very spacious, it has many bathrooms, a large terrace and air conditioning in all rooms. It is very well located, there is a supermarket nearby, a shopping mall with many stores, there are restaurants nearby and places to party. They have a lot of security and in general the pool area is quiet. Fabiola was very helpful at all times and responded quickly.

I loved my stay! The place is super nice, very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Fabiola was super attentive from the beginning. The complex is beautiful, the pool is large, the beach is in front and has a beautiful view! My friends and I had an amazing time, I definitely recommend it and I'd love to come back!

Breathtaking views and very comfortable! Our only issue was we couldn’t access the gym as guests staying less than a month. Other than that the property and condo were gorgeous and immaculate.

The apartment was very spacious, beautiful and cozy. It is in a corner, so the view is spectacular. The surroundings are also great, lots of stores, pharmacies, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, etc. Fabiola was a great hostess, we hope we can repeat our experience with her.

Our host was very attentive to all our needs and questions. The apartment is great. We loved the view and the amenities. The pool is very shallow and the sea is not so great. Because it was the rainy season, it was very choppy and looked brown. But the accommodation itself was perfect.

An amazing view, super spacious place, loved it, I would come back, huge pool the beach was dirty by the river and the rain storm but it was the least all incredible nearby accessible, huge kitchen, spacious rooms

Excellent apartment, very spacious! We really liked that the rooms were very separate from the kitchen, so no noise was heard when someone was going out early to the Kitchen! The pool and beach area with very good service and food and drinks at a good price and very rich! I would just recommend giving some more cleaning to bathrooms, but overall it was an amazing stay, I would come back whenever I can!!

Beautiful views and plenty of room at the pool to hang out with drink and food service. Host was very responsive and helpful for everything. About a 10-15 min drive to romantic zone with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Great spot for my family

Groceries were in walking distance and also a pharmacy nearby. The pool was great for our one year old, lots of very shallow water to play in. You can order food and drink from friendly waiters. Quick taxi ride to downtown, 125-150 pesos per trip. The condo was spacious, showing its age a bit but we never felt crowded. There were 6 adults and 2 kids. We each had our own room with en-suite which made it nice. Only one bedroom was windowless. This is a perfect family condo. Fabiola was great too! Always quick to respond and it was greatly appreciated. With the “Rappi” app we ordered in dinner twice and it worked very well. They delivered right to your door. For you Starbucks lovers, it’s close by. Enjoy your stay!

Beautiful place with an amazing view, the apartment is just like the photos, we went for my 40th bday with a bunch of friends, and had an excellent time. The pool and service at the pool is excellent, and easy to get Uber to any location from there. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

The apartment is just like it looks in the photos, very spacious and comfortable! Fabiola was always on the lookout because a moment didn't cool the refrigerator and soon it went and fixed it.

Super condo! Excelente para familias!!

We had a great stay in the condo. The view was so breath taking. We had had a handicapped person which was great for her. The shower was the only problem as the shower doors all very narrow. When you are transferring someone to a shower chair when you can’t roll in it makes it extremely difficult. There were a few things that will make us question returning. The beds (except the master) were very uncomfortable and are in need of updating as well as the linen. Pool rules were crazy in that you can’t have a beverage in the pool unless you stood on the edge even if it is has a lid. Please check in with Fabiola about the air conditioning charges it was confusing and made us worry all the time about keeping condo cool. There is an extra charge if you use too much. We were in tower 1 so we didn’t have any problem with night club next door. It was very quiet.

Super condo spacieux

Fabulous views, easy check in, very secure. Pool was never too crowded and the snack bar was convenient and fair priced. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance, grocery store was a 10 minute walk, Starbucks is right there. Fabiola met us there when we checked in and checked out, she was very friendly and made the process easy.

The location is perfect and easy to get a cab anywhere you want to go. I never saw our host but check in was easy with security and she was responsive by text for any questions or concerns we had. The condo itself is as pictured and view is amazing. The only negative was cleanliness. Floors in bathrooms still had hair from previous guests. Refrigerator had also not been wiped out. I washed bathroom floors and wiped out fridge/ freezer when we arrived. Dishwasher ran but did not get dishes very clean so we ended up washing everything by hand. Plenty of cookware and beach towels provided. Pool is beautiful and staff attentive. Overall a good place/location to stay.

Wonderful ocean views from the condo balcony, making morning coffee and sunsets spectacular. One of the best ocean rooms I have experienced. Great kitchen to work in for preparing meals. Handled 8 people nicely! Fantastic pool and lounge chairs. Great host, excellent communication and responsiveness. Hope to return!

The view is indeed spectacular and the condo is very roomy and comfortable. We were 6 adults and had lots of room and our own private bedroom/bathroom areas which was great! I agree with a previous post that the bathrooms could use some general maintenance/deep clean but they were certainly adequate and any issues did not distract from the wonderful time we had. The unit had a reasonably well-stocked kitchen and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool area is beautiful and the food/drink service was good and reasonably priced. You can also take your own. Never had any trouble getting a spot to relax around the pool. So many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Very good security and was very quiet at night. You are required to leave a deposit of 500 pesos to obtain a swipe card for access to and from the beach. Not a big deal and the deposit was immediately returned with the return of the card but mentioning to make others aware. Would definitely return!

We had a fabulous stay! The view was unbelievable. Pool and beach were excellent. Great place for families and very safe for your children.

Fabiola met us at check in and was always available during our stay. The place is very specious and has a million dollar view. The bedrooms/bathrooms : 4 bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms. Plenty of space to accommodate our two families (4 adults, 4 teens). The beds were comfortable but could use more linens, mattress covers and/or duvets. The bathrooms need a refresh and deep clean. We had to stagger showers as there was not enough hot water to accommodate everyone. The bath mats needed to be washed and every bathroom needs more towels. A/C in the two kids rooms needs to be fixed. The property has great security. We had wristbands that had to be worn during our stay b/c of the holiday week. Restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. The beach was safe and had fantastic (inexpensive) massages. The pools are amazing with incredible views. There is poolside service with a great menu and drinks - all very responsible and delish. You are not allowed to use the gym/spa.

I would go back to Fabiola's in a heartbeat. The view is spectacular. The place is spacious and gorgeous. It is easy to catch a taxi or an uber for quick ride into PV. But for chillin' days, the place is peaceful. The pool service was also fabulous - we ate here more than I care to admit. Thank you Fabiola!!!!

This was our second time staying at the Peninsula. We love the views & the beachside service (reasonably priced food & drink). We didn't cook any meals but the kitchen looked fairly stocked. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. We had a fun visit!

I highly recommend Fabiola's apartment. The pros are as follows: It has everything described and more. Everything is super clean and tidy, the view is unparalleled, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is super equipped. We were able to enjoy homemade food. Also, having a washer and dryer is a plus (if you are traveling for several days). The apartment has towels for personal use and for the beach. Cons: If I could mention points to improve they would be more than anything from the building. The duct air conditioning is a bit noisy, especially in the room with a king size bed. If you are a heavy sleeper, it won't bother you, but if you are a light sleeper, it's better to use another room. The building staff's service is average. Some are very friendly and others not so much. The infinity pool by the sea is awesome. But we were touched by the bad luck that most of the pools were under maintenance, we assume that the same was not full on the top and it was something short for adults (it reached my waist). On the beach there are palapas to have a very comfortable time, the bad thing is that there is a kind of well when getting into the sea and you can't go beyond the shore (and there are stones) I recommend walking a little more to enjoy the beach or wear water shoes. Actually when it comes to airbnb everything is excellent and the communication with Fabiola and María José was very good Thank you for everything!

The condo is beautiful and the views are absolutely spectacular! She had recommendations on places to go, she’s quite the chef and even arranged for a doctor to come to the condo and do all of our Covid tests for us. Overall an incredible experience!

This place will not disappoint. The view is a million dollar view, bedrooms are ample, all necessary cookware for dinners in. The sunset and fireworks at night is a must. We traveled with eight and the accommodations met all our needs. Security is attentive. Fabiola was kind and attentive. Four bedrooms, five bathrooms, large open living room. We will be going back, had no concerns.

The BEST Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The experience was way better in person. The apartment was close to everything including trendy restaurants. I would definitely stay here over and over again.

The view was spectacular! The place was very spacious and comfortable. Host is warm and lovely. Loved the location~ close to many things, including pool with better than expected food, massage on the beach, and short a 10 minute cab ride to downtown.
