This place is GORGEOUS and within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops! The cafe across the street was incredible and a daily visit for us while we stayed in Merida! Everyone we encountered in the area was so nice, helpful, and patient with communication while we attempted to remember our high school Spanish :) The pool/garden area is something from a dream and we used it daily! We did have a few things that were not working in the home but the responsiveness of the host was always very quick and they gave us so many excellent recommendations for places to eat, visit, and shop!

The Airbnb was perfectly situated in the heart of Mérida, placing us just steps away from the vibrant energy of the park and an incredible selection of local restaurants. The location made exploring the city’s culinary scene effortless, yet the space remained a peaceful retreat to return to each evening. We couldn't have asked for a better home base to experience the best of the city’s culture and convenience.

Thank you so much, Guillermina, for such a nice stay. We were really happy during our visit. The house is exactly as shown in the listing and in the photos, very comfortable and well maintained. Plus, it's located in an excellent area, very close to the food walk, Parque La Plancha, and Paseo Montejo, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable. But most importantly, we want to highlight Charito, who provided us with exceptional service as a manager. Always attentive, kind and attentive to every detail. Beautiful property in a perfect location!

Guillerma was the best hostess and the whole house was like a dream. Lovely and spacious with a pool and deck.

The house was exactly what we needed for a big group trip for a wedding. Everyone had access at their own time and had great private accommodations with their own bathroom. We barely had to uber anywhere as it was easy to walk to wherever we needed to be that day. The house is beautiful and clean!

This place was better than i had thought from seeing the pictures from the listing. The host were more than friendly and had great suggestions for things to do around the area. We had one minor issue and they were there within ten minutes to help resolve the issue. They also went out of their way to help us when we were 4 hours away at midnight. Cant recommend them enough.

We enjoyed our time staying here very much! It was convenient to various neighborhoods and a well appointed home. Comfortable, well designed, privacy for each couple and good set up for families with kids. Would definitely stay in this home again on our next trip to Merida.

First, Guillermina was THE BEST COMMUNICATOR EVER! Her beautiful place is two blocks from one of the best restaurants streets in Mexico including Sanduga and Michaela restaurants. Guillermina helped us find Chef Sara who prepared 3 fabulous breakfasts for us. Casa Loltun is a beautiful home with 7 great rooms...all with full baths. The pool and covered sitting area were great meeting place. Across the street is a great coffee shop and 2 blocks away is a great walking park. All 11 of my party love our time and would definately recommend Casa L to everyone.

Great stay at Casa Loltun! Perfect location just steps from Paseo Montejo, Parque La Plancha, and amazing restaurants. The house is spacious, comfy, and well-equipped. Charito, the manager, was super attentive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

We had a great family experience thanks to the owner’s quick responses, suggestions, detailed follow up for our questions about transportation, shopping, tours, and more. We were a family of 11 and felt comfortable within the house. There was plenty of room to relax as a family or as an individual wanting some privacy. Although the pool is a small lap pool, as described, it was large enough to accommodate those who wished to be in the water and to play some water games, in addition to just being able to cool off. Our cook was excellent. She prepared local breakfasts and would also make individual requests. She was personable and efficient. We loved her fresh juices, fruit and hot breakfasts. The house was clean, close to shops, restaurants and other attractions. We definitely recommend this air BnB and would return should travel to Mérida again. Thank you to our hosts for one of our best experiences.

Guillermina and her team were amazing hosts. Very accommodating to our additional requests, the response time was almost immediate. The place is just as described. Merida is very humid around this time, but the AC in each room works great, along with the large ceiling fans in the kitchen, patio, and living room. Also, the spotless pool helps, obviously

Traveled with family and loved our stay at casa loltun the house was very comfortable for a big group we loved the apartments and enjoyed the pool. We hired the recommended chef for breakfast, and walked to restaurants during the day, we had an amazing trip due to all the amenities and services available at casa loltun thank you!

Beautiful and extremely well kept house in a great location! Guillermina and co-hosts were friendly, responsive, definitely recommend booking this home. A few minutes walk from some of the best restaurants in the area and nightlife. We enjoyed the city while also escaping from Meridas heat in the pool. Excellent place to stay with the whole family. Place is super clean and loved that the house had glue traps laying around for spiders and cockroaches since it’s normal to encounter those in such climate. Had a blast, thank you so much for hosting!

We had a wonderful stay with our group of family and friends. The place is spacious and also provides large rooms/suites. The location is great to be able to walk everywhere for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely rent this space again.

100% recommended accommodation. The house is very nice and is very well located and equipped. The hosts are very attentive to what you might need during your stay. We had a great time!

We were two families, one with adults only and the other with children, and we found it very comfortable. Since the house with three rooms is separate from the other four bedrooms. Nice and comfortable. Unheated pool. Pretty cool so the kids preferred not to swim. Coffee maker and very good coffee in the separate rooms, and the rooms in the house have their own kitchen with everything you need. I thought it was very comfortable for a large group. If the rooms are shared with other guests, it ends up being like a hotel. Kindness from the hosts and they solved problems as soon as they arose. I would go back on my next visit to Merida

We had an excellent week at home Loltún with a group of friends. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very functional, with all the amenities needed. Located in a quiet area but very close to the culinary corridor of Calle 47 and Paseo Montejo. Guillermina and Charito's attention is very good; they respond immediately to any questions. We were very happy and grateful for allowing us to stay at the Loltun house

We had an incredible stay at Guillermina's place. There were 10 of us, and we rented the full property for a week. The location was perfect; coffee right outside the front door, close walk to a ton of restaurants & fun shops, and not far from the airport. The space itself was beautiful, lush greenery, amazing privacy, and the grounds are kept nicely. Guillermina & the team were extremely responsive with my many questions, and even helped me coordinate a chef to come cook a few meals for us (Chef Sara was incredible!!!). Overall we had such an amazing time, and would highly recommend Merida + this Airbnb to all.

The excellent house, the area is very well located one block from Parque la Plancha and two from Av Montejo, on the corner is a grocery store in case you occupy something of the store. Overall the facilities and the house excellent as seen in the photos. Highly recommended in case you want to visit Mérida

This Home was perfect for our Family. This place is Beautiful and so well decorated. It is located walking distance from everything restaurants night life horse carriages so many things. You have everything near market and laundromat. Host was Amazing and attentive during our stay.

The place was perfect for our family vacation. Each of the families were able to have their own space (each room with its own full bathroom) and rear separate quarters were perfect for those with no children. It was like having our own boutique hotel to ourselves. Very centrally located we walked with the kids to La Plancha park for a fun evening and we also walked to restaurant row for breakfast la libertad and a great dinner at Micaela’s. This was an amazing place, I highly recommend.

The stay at Casa Loltún exceeded our expectations in every way. The house has a great location, it is close to the gastronomic corridor, a few steps to walk Montejo and one street from Parque La Plancha. The rooms are large, each with their own bathroom and air-conditioned. It has a pool in the center of the house, which is perfect for hot days. All the details of the house are very much liked and with a super equipped kitchen. We would come back many more times, no question. The hosts Guillermina and Charito, they always respond quickly and with an excellent disposition.

The house is spectacular, we loved it, all the details are very well cared for, the decor is beautiful, super well located. Super friendly and always willing to help us with everything! Without hesitation, we will stay at Casa Loltun again
